That's alright. We all have to find our way around when we are new.
We have a great challenges section here. Every month there is some sort of monthly
weight loss challenge. I know that my good friend Cord (from Canada) is just kicking off an exercise based challenge (MPH - where you log miles, weight in
pounds and hours of different exercise). I have just finished running the summer shake-up challenge - if you check the rules at the start of the scoresheet thread you can see that it was a bit of a party game based on exercise and
nutrition where I made a whole bunch of people jump through a lot of
weight loss hoops....
I strongly recommend that everyone joins in the challenges. It is a great way of making friends and staying motivated through the next stage of the journey.
I rarely join in challenges these days since I am no longer trying to lose weight. I have to set up a weight maintenance points structure in my own challenges for me to be able to have something to play for...
