Oh boys oh boys....
So yesterday I did great. I drank lots of water, did 50 minutes of
cardio, went to a movie and alloted some popcorn into my points and them BAM! Like a ton of bricks, it all comes crashing down.
I got in a mood and just binged. Nothing horrible...some baked lays and baked Cheeto's, a granola bar, 30% reduced
fat Pringles and a spoonful of whipped cream.
I know non of these things are bad on their own...but together, at 12:30 at night...not good.
Ok...so today. Back on track. Feelin' good! Trying to get out of my mood. I'm feeling down. I'm not sure why but it's probably the food?
Since I'm doing Weight Watchers I'm using points and not calculating my
calories...so I'm going to start doing
calories too...the program wont work if I'm not eating enough so I'm curious about that. I'll post what my
calories were for today later.
I can do this!! I'll get to the
gym again later and get this thing back on track. This weekend will be difficult but I'm motivated to not let it all go to hell!
