oh my god.

I did it, I looked on the website to see how many points what I ate was.

Oh dear...

It had 73 g's of fat. I can actually feel my chest tightening (not actually).

I'm in utter shock over this. It has over 1000 calories. It was only a chicken sandwich and fries. The fries added about 20 g's of fat, so the sandwich had over 50!! Thats unfrickinbelievable.

And the sodium. I don't even want to go there.

I'm disappointed but it's not like I made the conscious decision to over eat. I tried to get something that I thought was reasonable. I mean, I knew the fries wouldn't be good but I never thought the sandwich would be so bad.

Ugh.

I'll start in with my food again tomorrow. For now I need to get to the gym for a few hours.

You really tried to look ahead!

Give yourself a big pat on the back for trying to get a plan before you went out! It was unfortunate that your plan was messed up, but it couldn't be helped.
It's a step in the right direction to even be considering healthy eating .

Oh boys oh boys....

So yesterday I did great. I drank lots of water, did 50 minutes of cardio, went to a movie and alloted some popcorn into my points and them BAM! Like a ton of bricks, it all comes crashing down.

I got in a mood and just binged. Nothing horrible...some baked lays and baked Cheeto's, a granola bar, 30% reduced fat Pringles and a spoonful of whipped cream.

I know non of these things are bad on their own...but together, at 12:30 at night...not good.

Ok...so today. Back on track. Feelin' good! Trying to get out of my mood. I'm feeling down. I'm not sure why but it's probably the food?

Since I'm doing Weight Watchers I'm using points and not calculating my calories...so I'm going to start doing calories too...the program wont work if I'm not eating enough so I'm curious about that. I'll post what my calories were for today later.

I can do this!! I'll get to the gym again later and get this thing back on track. This weekend will be difficult but I'm motivated to not let it all go to hell!

Give yourself credit there!
It seems like every day we get to start over and not let our better habits slip away...

oops. It's been 5 days since I posted.

I lost 1 more lbs at weigh in but I'm not sure if that's still off or not.

Let's get back at it:

Breakfast

Cheerios- 2 pts
Milk- .5 pts

1 WH bread- 1.5 pts
1/2 TBSP Peanut Butter- 1 pt

Lunch

Grilled cheese sandwich- 6 pts

= 11 pts

Will get some water in and get to the gym for 45 minutes. We'll see if I go through with it I need to get back on track but I don't feel that overwhelming will power right now so this might be a good time to really try!
