Rep Power: 12 | | Well, I didn't do so hot on my calories yesterday. I am sure I had WAY too few. We had a babyshower during lunch time and the only thing they had that I was willing to eat was baby carrots and celery sticks.(everything else had olives in it...ewwwww) I did not even have a sniff of the cake. It seems that resisting things like that is getting so much easier. Most of the time I am not even tempted by them anymore...MOST of the time.  I did not exercise yesterday either. I was so sore and worn out from lifting weights the night before that I took that as a clue to let my muscles rest a day.
Yesterday:
breakfast: scrambled eggs with green pepper and onions
Water
Lunch: a handful of carrot sticks and one celery stick.
Snack:bowl of whole grain cereal/whole milk--I was out of lowfat milk
Dinner: Turkey sandwich and about 6 chips.
Since I skipped the workout yesterday, I'll have to make sure to squeeze one in today which is usually my day off. |

Rep Power: 12 | | | Well, we are leaving for a week in just a few hours. I am promising myself that I will not ruin what I have accomplished this week. Eventhough I will be away and have other cooking great food for me...I will not overindulge. I will exercise even though it would be so easy to laze around all day. 232 is my leaving weight.

Rep Power: 12 | | Thanks for all the well wishes for my trip. We had an absolutely WODERFUL time! I can hardly wait for next year.
AND--I did not lose any weight, but I stayed exactly the same, so that is MUCH better than what I was expecting! Wooo-Hooo! Now it is back on the horse like you said...or at least on the Pilates mat and the weight bench!

Rep Power: 12 | | I feel as though I have fallen off the weight loss wagon. It is probably because I have been absolutley beat since we got back and have not even come close to having the energy to work out or cook healthfully. (microwave dinners anyone?) Hopefully, I can get some energy back so I can jump back into my former efforts.
I will come back this evening and post my calories for the day. I have on ly been guessing at them while I was gone, so I need to get back into doing that.
Anyone have any words of wisdom for when you find yourself off the good track? |

If you feel you have fallen off the wagon you need to stop and take a deep breath. Remember back to a week ago when you were pumped and super motivated. If you can remember what motivated you so much last week you can at least get a foot back into that stupid wagon that bucks us all off all the time! I'm sure all of us here will push you back on the rest of the way.
You can do it TIFFANY!!!!!!!
you see... wagons are so dangerous people always falling off... that's why I'm riding the train.  LOL |

Rep Power: 12 | | Thanks, girls. I think I am on my way back. I MADE myself go workout twice yesterday and I felt so great about it afterwards. I lifted weights last night until I couldn't even lift my arms...and then I did another set! I felt so strong. Only today I feel like I was run over by Holly's weight loss train...lol.
I know it will all come back together. Thank you all so much for being here to kick my booty back into gear. |
