One Week To Lose The Most I Can Possibly Lose!

AHH! I just got a call from a casting agent in New York and I meet with them on Saturday March 31st. I NEED TO LOSE as much as I possibly can!

Any tips on what to do because I have no clue and I really need to lose some asap.

If you try that approach you'll prob just gain everything and more that you lose in a week, defeats the purpose really. Plus it's not possible to lose a significant amount of fat so quickly.

I would imagine anything lost in one week would 1. not be all that noticable, and 2. mostly water weight.

You are where you are now, if you're not happy with that, then look at your diet and exercise schedule and change what needs changing that will help you get to where you want to be.

If you're close to that - a casting director will be able to see it.

This is long, ongoing process for many of us.

Good luck both with your weight goals and the casting director.

Ok I have a some experience here. I used to be a model and this is how I lose weight fast:

Cut your carbs to almost zero. Eat lots of greens. For protein, I drink liquid whey protein. And butter for fat.

I call it the ruby lee's diet.

You'll lose weight fast but it's unhealthy. Not recommended to go on this diet for more than two weeks.

But it helps if you're in an emergency.
