Woot! I'm down to 125 today. I don't really want to lose anymore, so it's just maintenance now.

Down to 122 today. Size 4's are getting big on me. I swear I'm not eating unhealthy or purging or anything. I'm following Eating For Life still and exercising. I still pig out on my Free Day once per week. I think my metabolism has finally kicked up.

as long as youo're feeling good though -that's awesome -my big toe wouldn't fit into a size 4 - so that's cool for you

I was actually down to 120 on Sunday morning and I do look healthy - not too skinny. I had my Free Day and gained 5.5 lbs overnight. That is abnormal in my experience. I usually don't gain more than 3 lbs after a Free Day. It's 3 days later and all but a 1/2 lb are still hanging on to me, so I'm still 125. I know I shouldn't feel this way, but I'm so bummed out. I'm not PMSing and I went right back on plan the next day. I'm totally holding onto the water even though I've been drinking lots of water and staying away from salt.

It's been a couple months since I posted last. I'm still maintaining my weight. I fluctuate a few pounds, but am keeping it between 123-127.
