Right now I'm walking with a friend so we chat along the way but if I am walking on my own, I like to listen to upbeat music...keeps me going longer
Went to Jack Astors for lunch today : BAD CHOICE
THere is a reason why they don't post nutrition info online. I asked if they had any info and she brought me a book...and the chicken parmasian (which I thought was an OK choice had 1700 calories - WTF? Yikes, so I'll be chugging water like mad and will be eating a small dinner tonight, lol. WOWZA
But we walked there lol, and plan on going on a second walk tonight

I can just imagine someone with a big "woah momma" expression on their face when they saw the nutrition guide for that.
Just watch what you eat tonight and tomorrow; you'll be fine!!

I actually didn't end up eating dinner dinner (I had some green beans as a snack) because I wasnt hungry...so I guess those 1700 calories filled me up good! Although I did drink half a bottle of wine ...so that could have done it too. I need to eat carefully tomorrow because it's our formal and it's a pre-paid dinner type of thing...and I have no idea what is being served... So we'll see.
Went on two walks today (one hour each) so that was nice...I can't believe the weather! I hope it keeps up!

Good start today! AND GOOD WEATHER! OMG! It's sooo lovely!
Breaky:
Whole wheat toast with peanut butter and banana
Glass of milk and glass of water
45 minute walk in the suuunshine
My roomie is making me a bit crazy today with her odd quirks...nothing major, just small things that i will get over by spending some time away from her, tanning in the backyard.
Tonight is grad formal! Woohoo! Tons of teachers boozing it up! Excellent!

Great job on walking. And garlic bread?? You are speaking my language with that one....MMmmmmmmm
I used to go to some teacher seminars and I remember them either being Wonderful or complete torture. Where's the middle ground where they are bearable and informative? At least having a few like that would decrease your chances of being in one where you visualize the instructors head falling off so you can go home early!

lol, tiffany, it's true, there really is no middle ground with these workshops, it's either awsome or miserable...
Home-made tacos for lunch. The fiance brought the scale with him :S...not weighing in until morning time since I just ate lunch, but fingers crossed ladies for at least 2 pounds...or I will be seriously unmotivated, this has been a super healthy/exercise week for me. lol
The boys are watching basketball And I am officially sunburnt...which is nice to say...lol.

I officially weighed in this morning...drumroll please....
170 - lol - I'M THE SAME! I've been eating healthier and going on ridiculous walks and haven't dropped a pound :S...a bit frustrated BUT i did have a big dinner last night at formal (no choices, they brought it out) it was like chicken, steak (yes, both), veggies, potatos, cheese cake, salad, gravy on the potatos etc.
Sooooo...being in good spirits (b/c of the weather) I am not going to get angry or sad , I will assume it is becuase of formal and I will shed the pounds easily this week
Formal:
Okay so the boys brought flasks because rumour was drinks were $6/drink, and I approved cause I am broke. HOWEVER my roomie has TERRIBLE luck ...and GOT KICKED OUT ebfore we even got in. Her and her bf got the boot at the door. It was really frustrating because the lady security had like NO sympathy whatsover, I mean this was her GRADUATION, and it's not like it's highschool, we're 24-25 here! Take the flask and let her have fun, but nope, they wouldn't let her back in...
So I still had a pretty good night but called it in around 11:30pm, cause I don't know the people in the group that well (as roomie and I are never around on weekends) so...But I did have a decent time

I think I've had my 8 glasses of water already today! wheww! It's sooo lovely outside, I'm just lounging around in the sun...very nice . Planning on some tennis later today (when it's not so hot)

Haha, it turnedout to be kind of a bad food day...with lots of lazing around> Tennis has yet to happen, although it is still possible
Food:
Water : LOTS!
Beer: 4 (:S)
Club sandwhich (with chicken) on a kaizer bun
Salad (italian dressing)
Mini pizza (2) - Hawaiin - (this is my boo boo of the day)
Ohh, and a Frosty from Wendy's
Exercise: NONE unless you count walking to the car or lounging in the sun, but it's still POSSIBLE that I will play tennis...though not incredibly likely. Really tired today, I think the early morning time in the sun killed me.

Seem to have a lot of posting cravings today...probably because I feel guilty about the food and laziness. Just lounging still, lol, no tennis for this gal. I'm exhausted. Hoping the rain tomorrow holds off until I'm done classes so I can hop to the walking again...*fingers crossed*

Ashy: It was Labbatt Blue - not my favorite beer but the fiance left it here and well...it had to be finished, there is actually one more left that I am saving for after a hard game of tennis today...
Thanks Tiffany for the encouragement! And YUM I loooove pizza as well...especially the mini ones you cook in the oven, I don't know why but I find them delicious.
Anyway onto today
Class: 10-12 (okay supposed to be 10-3:30 but it's really dull so roomie and I bailed to go play tennis...a much more active way of spending the afternoon)
Breaky: (This is weird, but I have liek NO food)

Spinach (hahaha...oh dear) (21cal)

500 mil of water (0)
Subtot: 199 Cal
Lunch
Micalinas rice/chicken/vegitable thing - 250 calories
slice of whole wheat bread (85cal)
peanut butter (101 cal)
( I was starving after the spinach...lol)
Subtot: 436 cal
635 Cal
Dinner: Haven't eaten it YET, but I'm cooking some fish and plannign on buying some sort of vegitable to go with it.
Okay, time to go play some tennis!! (it's a 15 minute walk away too so it will be a nice little work out)
