Rep Power: 0 | | | Lucy's weight loss diary Day 1 ---> I ate a bowl of sultana bran for breakfast, then my boyfriend and I went out for lunch. I had a tuna mayonnaise sandwich and left about a 1/4 of it because it was on quite thick bread. The when I got home I had another bowl of sultana bran for dinner, then a few grapes. I went clubbing in the evening but didn't have any alcohol, whereas I'd usually have lots. I just had diet cokes! |

Rep Power: 0 | | Day 2 ---> I ate sultana bran for breakfast again, but i left some of it cos i realised i was full, something i never used to do. at lunchtime i made a salad but our supplies where kinda limited which turned outt great because i had to invent a recipe, i had lettuce, a hard boiled egg, apple, yellow pepper, sultanas, and a little feta cheese. sounds weird but it was nice. i had sultana bran for dinner. i was hungry when i got home so i had a little more of the salad. had some grapes in the afternoon too, and a few tomatoes. |

Rep Power: 0 | | | hey, i haven't been on here over the weekend cos i went away to a music festival with my boyfriend, which was a lot of fun.
so anyway...
Day 3 --->
breakfast - sultana bran
lunch - salad
dinner - sultana bran
snacks - fruit and stuff.
at the mucis festival i did load of walking, like 4 or 5 hours a day along with loads of dancing. and my days were about 20 hours long, so i ended up having 4 meals a day.
Day 4 --->
bran flakes, salad and feta wrap, 6 chicken nuggets, salmon sandwich
Day 5 --->
Turkey sandwich, slice of pizza, cheese roll.
yesterday i had a really bad day though, i was really miserable about soem stuff and i ate a lot. and im not listing it, its depressing. but im not going to weigh myself for a few days and now im getting back on track! :-) |
