YAY, I'm getting my treadmill and V-Fit cross eliptical something or other bike-looking thing too And some dumbells too.

I'm ordering it tomorrow, and it'll be here in less than three weeks hopefully. YAY for being lighter before my birthday.

There are 13-14 weeks till then. even if i only lose 7lbs before then, i'll be happy!

Hi! Yay for you for the loss so far and for getting out and walking. I'm just starting the exercise thing myself. Don't feel too bad for taking a taxi, you do need a rest here and there. Hope you have a wonderful rest of the day!

I had a nice day yesterday. I had a busy day today! :O

First, I get to college and we're all getting the bus to a park to do some work there. I found an amazing garden, it's like a quarry, really low down. Amazingly gorgeous. I felt like the girl from The Secret Garden, haha.

Anyway.. I left early to go meet my boyfriend who just got back from the gym, so he was a little late. I had uber bad tummy pains and tried to ignore them. My boyfriend skipped an hour of class just to be with me, awwww I felt bad though.. but he said it was okay.

We got lunch. He went to subway and got a chicken breast sub, and I got a sandwich from somewhere else. Brown malted bread with tuna and sweet corn. Not bad.. 285 calories which I definitely burned off walking!!! I hope. lol.

For breakfast I had half a bowl of ready brek. I was in a rush. I don't even remember getting the bus this morning.. :O

Anywho, in subway, David made a really cute face, and I was like HOLD THAT -rumages through bag to get... CAMERA!?!?!?!?!?!?!!!!- I'd left it on a tree in the park! OMG.

So we got the bus back, and someone from my class pocket-ed it! Meaning he was gonna keep it, but I said its mine so.. I got it back.

We went back to town, Dave went back to class and I went to go order my TREADMILL AND "CROSS TRAINER"? £300 from my 18th birthday money, which isnt even here till August, but I can get it early. Only had £300 with me and there was a £5 delivery fee. BLAH!!!

I'll order it tomorrow, and it'll be here in around two weeks. WOOT.

I got the bus after that. Forced myself to get the bus that only drops me off about 15 mins away from my house, so I walked even more.

I'm gonna have some frozen veg in a while. Frozen veg, potatoes and chicken. Yum.

I'm so determined to do this, its unbelievable.

I want to be 9.5 stone, 133 lbs. After that, I may want to go to 125 lbs. It will take me around 6 months to get to 133 lbs. Hopefully I'll lose some before my birthday, August 8th. 14-15 weeks until then, so if I lose at least 10 lbs, I'll be so happy.

I should be my target weight around Christmas time. YAY. Oh... christmas food. Nah, it'll be fine. I'll have lots of veggies and just some normal chicken, a bit of gravy and roast potatoes. I'll be good all day. It'll be fine

I really cannot wait, I just need to definitely lose 1lb a week. How do I make sure I do this? o.o I need some advice really. I might make a thread about it, and see if anyone can help.

Looks like your making great progress and I think your goal weight 22 lbs in 6 months is very reasonable! anywho, I just started my Diary but your welcome to it, hope to give you some tips once I actually know what Im doing lol.

(PS im glad you got your camera back, Im lost without mine)

LOL we really are I like it though hehe ^_^

I didn't want to say something like "I wanna lose 30 lbs in three weeks! MUWAHAHA" lol. That way I won't be disappointed if I don't make it, cause this way.. I can make it

I have a few things in my brain so if you have any questions, I'll try to answer them or just make a post and people will reply. They're so helpful! ^_^

I'm lost too! I didn't know what to do or say lol. BUT, there were private nuddy pictures of me on there! Thats why I was so ":O:O:O:O" loool.

Good luck with your diary anywho, its really nice to just ramble and pretend people are reading lol. Makes me feel good anyway, to record everything! xx

1015 calories today. I was full.. I just can't seem to eat a lot.
I learned that I have to be eating 1600 calories, so I think if I do that, I'm gonna gain a bit of weight, but then I'll start losing again. I think... o.o lol.

I wish I had everything in writing so I could just do it, lol.

Big breakfast tomorrow I think. I'll have some beans on toast and a banana. Thats around 405 calories, so I'm almost there for my 1600 cals lol. Woot!

OH OH OH. I've decided to just try to get to 147 before my birthday first, so I'll update my ticket from GOAL WEIGHT: 135 to GOAL WEIGHT: 147.

10 lbs in 13-14 weeks is do-able. Yes. I CAN DO IT

I got weighed today on the same scales as last time.

Tuesday, 19th April (One and a half year anniversary for the boy and I ):
Weight: 11st 3.8lbs - 157 lbs
Height: 5ft5.4 inches/166cm

Wednesday, 25th April:
Weight: 11st 1.6lbs - 155 lbs
Height: 5ft5.7 inches/167cm (wearing different shoes, heavier ones, but same clothes)

YAY! I've lost 2 lbs -does a dance- BUT I've only been having 1300 or less calories. I'm upping to 1600ish, or trying to, because thats how many I should be having.

WOO, by december if I lost exactly one pound a week, I will be 127lbs! Which is basically what I want, but for now, 147 for my birthday is good.

Thought I would pop my head in here and say hello.

Good luck getting those calories back up! Systematic, small step-ups is the way to do it. Maybe 10% every week or two.

^ Damn, you are kidding? Yesterday I had 900ish cals, and today I've had 1512. Slow steps? EK!!!!!! What do I do now? lol. Oh my gosh. I've only just got down to 155 too, and now I could be going back up a gain... haha made a typo there but was funny. "A gain".

Beans on toast - 300 exactly
Pork and egg sandwich - 220
Hot dog sandwich - 340
Veggies, potatoes and cod in butter sauce - 350
Three crackers - 102
Banana - 100
Juice thing, I'm guessing around 150 cals. It's not english lol.

I'm so stressed, I haven't a clue what to do.

it should deffo give you a massive kick of determination and will power to drop the weight and become eeeven HOTTER and then you can flaunt it at him. YEAHHHHH

It's really difficult for me to eat a lot recently. Especially today, I just don't want to eat.

LOL at the flaunting. Sounds good, but thats pretty much why I was doing it anyway, so he'd want me more? I dunno.. I'll survive. ish
