well ive got politics on 14th, french aural on 17th, core maths and humanities on 21st, phys ed on 24th.
then i get a weeks break and then ive got biomolecules and biochemistry on 4th june, french aspects of society and decision mathematics on 5th and then ive finished
Thanks for the post in my diary. That formula was very interesting! And I love you logic about the -500 calories a day. My Base calorie need is 2138 according to the formula. So I need about 1600 a day to lose weight. I've been aiming for between 1300 and 1500 so that's good.
Congrats on your 12 pound loss! That is at least a dress size! Super exciting. Only 2.5 pounds so far for me, but I've already cut out some bad habits... like trips to coldstone for icecream or pizza twice a week. So yay for both of us.

Yes indeedy, I've gone from a shameful 16 to a better 14 UK sizes. Quite happy about it
Ice cream and pizza are yummy, but not as good as seeing yourself slim and happy for the first time in years! I must keep telling myself that, lol.
Yesterday was good! I was at my boyfriends house all day and it was lovely. I was uber scared though when it got dark for some strange reason, and kept following him everywhere. Hate doing that but I was sh*tting myself. I don't know why.. lol. And then we watched Land of the Dead O_O
Anywho, food-wise..

All together it was around 1500. I didn't walk to the bus stop though that morning, and Daves mum brought me home, so I must do some running on the treadmill to make up for it.
I'm finding it hard to exercise.. I have no motivation now. I think its cause mine and Davids relationship is very good, and we haven't argued.. and I only exercise when I'm mad. I have to get out of that habit.
I'm getting ready for college now. I'll be walking to the bus stop
Also going shopping for new shoes, so that should burn some cals off me.
All I have are winter boots, dressy glittery flats, and some converse-wanna-be things.. meh.
I get EMA today (for going to college.. woo) so I might, might spend that and buy some new clothes and things I need. I know I should start saving for my birthday (for new clothes for when I'm smallerrrr ), but its hard lol. I will start next week. I will definitely try.
Not posted for a few days. Been with my boyfriend a lot of the time, anything to get out of the house. I want to move out. My dad said some hurtful things and my mum is turning everyone against me by lying to them, telling them that I've done things when I havent.
I stayed at my boyfriends last night.. I wish I could stay here forever, or anywhere thats not at my house. I don't want to go back but I have to.
Not eaten good today. At my limit already and its only 5:30 pm.
I'll eat something later anyway and make up for it by going on the treadmill until tuesday.
Dyed my hair blonde. I went over that with light brown. Looks quite good but strange, not used to it being so light. I gave my boyfriends light brown hair some blonde highlights too, looks sexy.
Great day today! Went for a walk to Tesco, bought some peppers, tomatoes, yogurts, brazil nuts, fajitas, and I bought myself some pajamas ^_^ Oh, and a speed rope! It's great.
I need some goals or plans.
I plan to:
Skip for at least 30 mins a week.
Walk/run on the treadmill at least 10 mins a day/70 mins a week.
Walk to Tesco at least once a week for supplies.
Try to walk around Carmill Lake every weekend/or serious activeness.
Take the stairs at college (I do this anyway!).

Really not looking forward to college today. I have Andy as my tutor and he makes me feel so stupid. He always says I'm not gonna get a distinction with my attitude, I hate it. I will get a distinction you prick, and I'll get another one, and my overall marks will be Distinction, so f**k you.
Phew feel better.
Ordered a pizza last night. Split it with my boyfriend. I ordered extra veggies. Won't be doing it again for a long while.

You sure sound busy. It's so nice that you have a good boyfriend that you can hang out with. Especially when things are yukky at home. I always think that we are supposed to start fighting with our parents and stuff so it helps both sides get ready for the separation of leaving home. I know my parents were ready to help me pack!!

So today was good. I walked to the closest bus stop though so I could make it to college in time to see my boyfriend for half an hour before he went home. The poor boy is sick
I had an amazing sleep too. I love Thursdays for the sleep, but the college part is bad. I stood up to the tutor though and told him what I'm doing and what I'm not doing, and he said okay and that I'm right, he was pushing me too hard.
