Can't get up enough energy to get on the darn treadmill. Plus mom is making spaghetti tonight so I'm basically screwed. Yippie.

do your best to practice portion control and you'll be fine.

Spaghetti isn't bad for you-- 8 cups of spaghetti with a gallon of sauce may set off the calorie detector but a portion or two you'll be fine.

Do talk to your mom, if you havent and say you're trying o lose weight and eat healthier - maybe the entire family coold get onboard with good eating habits

Mini Update 6:25PM 2.25.07

Just finished Dinner. Gonna take the dog for a walk before my best friend get here. She is home from Ottawa today and I haven't seen her since Christmas time and that was for like 10 seconds. I've missed her so much and now she is finally home for the summer. We're supposed to be doing a lot of working out together this summer. I'm so happy she is home.
I need energy. Today is a down day. I know this seems a little too personal but my "other" best friend came today...SWEET (Not) Okay. Cramps, Bloating and a Weigh in Tomorrow. I'm not look forward to this. Eeek. I need to get walking.
I'm gonna bring Sexy back!!!!

The Official Measurments

I'm bored, can't sleep and I've been carrying the idea of measuring myself around all day! So here we go:

Upper Arm L - 18 Inches
Upper Arm R - 17.5 Inches

Bust - 45 Inches (C Cup)
Under Bust - 41 Inches

Waist - 41 Inches
Belly Button Area - 46.5 Inches (Love Handely)

Hips - 51 Inches

Thigh L - 22 Inches (30 Sitting)
Thigh R - 23 Inches (31 Sitting)

Calve L - 17 Inches
Calve R - 17 Inches

Heres to seeing those numbers drop.

If You Work Hard To Get Where You Are...You'll Enjoy The Spotlight...

Goals

Lose 80 pounds by August.
Started out with losing 10 pounds every two weeks. o.8 pounds a day and I have found thats kept me motivated. From beginning until August is 16 weeks. 8 two week increments. 10 Pounds each.
Already as I've told I am becoming far more energetic and motivated as the pounds come off. It's going to be tough.

Why am I wanting to lose 80 pounds by August?
I'm moving away to school on the side of the Province (Ontario) and I want a fresh start as I have always been the fat girl.

I'm going with my gut and doing a complete 360 lifestyle change and my mind set is incredibly positive and in the right weight loss frame. It's become very personal.

Tomorrow is my weigh in at my doctors. Should be interesting. Very anxious and I can't sleep. It's too bad considering I need rest as I have a long work week ahead.

Catch Ya'll on the Thin Side...

Thanks so much Sophie... I Did have a great night last night...so many things to talk about lol. T minus 30 Minutes till the appointment...I'll be letting everyone know how that went when I get home. I love sports and I'm good at them but I know exactly what you're saying. Fat girls can't really play sports cause they'll always be criticized for not being in shape. It's sooo lame, but it's basically the same on this side of the water which is too bad. You have a great day also!

Good luck at your appointment! It looks like you really have your head in the right place and you will love that you took those measurements! I didn't take measurements until after I had lost 25lbs, so I wish I had those first measurements. But its a lot of fun to see those numbers drop as well as the numbers on the scale.

It's Official.

Two weeks ago I stepped on the scale that read 254 pounds.

Today I stepped on the scale and to my doctors and my own surprise it read 240 pounds.

I have lost 14 pounds in 2 weeks. I'm still going strong. I can't wait to start this May Weight Challenge. I'm gonna kick butt!

that's fantastic... but that big a loss makes me concerned enough to ask th questio - are you sure you're eating enough?

the first week or so of healthy eating you tend to lose a lot of water weight but then it stabilizes at about 1 percent of your body weight a week..

that huge loss is totally motivating though isn't it?

Be proud of yourself for sticking to your plan for 2 weeks.. ya done good
