So its been awhile and tonight at the
gym I had a reality check. I was forced to weigh myself. I have gone back up to 224. After October I really started to slack off and I actually stopped caring. I would play around during training and not really do what I was supposed to do. Well tonight was my reality check. So I am starting to train two days a week with a personal trainer and go to the
gym every night. By next friday I have to lose 5lbs according to one of my trainers. I think I can do it. Wish me luck!
