excellent buddy. I haven't started running yet...maybe tonight? Been trying to get back to my routine after my vacation...takes some time I guess. Should be in bed early and up running tomorrow morning...
I ran 6.19 miles last night in 1 hour 22 minutes. I finally fit into all of my favorite clothes again. All the "fat" clothes I bought fall off of me now. I still have a few lbs. to go before my muscle definition starts to show but I'm at the point now where I can take my shirt off without being ashamed of how I look.
I threw out a ton of fat clothes yesterday. I went shopping for some new pants and shirts and it feels good. I did three miles this morning and look to do three more tonight...stay tuned....
I had to put my workouts on hold for a couple of weeks. I was sick one week and then I just got all 4 of my wisdom teeth out on Tuesday. Not sure if i've gained or lost any weight but i'm going to start running again sometime next week.
That shit happens buddy. When your all ready to hit it again I'll be waiting ;-)

Well I have had quite an amazing month. Since coming off my medicine it's been so much easier to lose weight and keep it off. To be honest I have only run like 2 times this month. I met a girl and really liked her and for the first time in quite some time. I got the girl. I really can't think of anything that could make my life happier right now. I weighed myself yesterday expecting to be like 215 at least but to my suprise I'm down to 209. I'm kind of bummed that the summer is coming to an end. My girl goes back to school tomorrow which is 300 miles away. This will be my first experience with a long distance relationship but i'm going to do it because she is worth it. I start school on monday and i'm kind of nervous about going back. Hopefully I can get on a workout schedule again so I can start toning up my bod.
Congrats on the weight loss and finding a girl you like. You'll make it work out if it's meant to be. Tone up that body big guy. I've had a great month too. After a few setbacks with eating and drinking, my body responded well with my running and eating right. Cut out the alcohol this week and I'm down to 210. One note, you'll miss school when you're working full time...have a great one! Thanks for the update.
I think i'm almost adjusted to my new school/work/sleep schedule so I'm going to start running again tomorrow. If all goes well I should be under 200 lbs. by mid September.
I started doing my elliptical again 2 days ago. The weather has been yucky outside so I haven't gone for a run yet. I was only able to do resistance lvl. 8 instead of 10 since I haven't really worked out much over the last month. I'm feeling good and i'm still on track to be under 200 lbs. by mid September.
