Rep Power: 38 | | I'm stealing that advice Tom. Great job at Disney. I totally would not have lasted at this for 11 months if I had tried to abstain from everything I liked. If I had I might have lost twice as much weight, but I would never have made it more than a week or two. I love your attitude Jeremy. Enthusiasm is contagious. |

Rep Power: 17 | | thnx, tom, im not fully focused on lifting just yet, i need to get my stamina and cardio up before i really build muscle, im just trying to retain that muscle. but i will switch it up to keep my body guessing.
thnx cannon i cant wait to see loses like you did! that shows heart and determination, my other key point is not just have this last until i get fit, this is my life now. if i were to cut out all of my loves i would fail, but if i moderate the things i love to only having them once in a few while to remind me that i love that thing, it will keep me STRONG! and make having those things that much more sweet
another day, lets see wats up tommorrow! |

Rep Power: 17 | | Morning Jeremy...hope your day is going well! You said "if i were to cut out all of my loves i would fail, but if i moderate the things i love to only having them once in a few while to remind me that i love that thing, it will keep me STRONG! and make having those things that much more sweet" and I think you are so dead on. It reminds me of what I always think of as the "coney island moment". There was this show I saw about a year ago about Michael (forgot his last name) who was once 1000 lbs, lost down to under 200 through rigid diet and exercise (mentored by Richard Simmons). He talked about how he was leaving a talk show appearance and went to Coney Island and, after years of deprivation and exerting will-power to the max felt like he could finally have "just a couple of" the hot dogs he'd been craving. An right there on the spot, after eating those couple dogs it turned into a full blown uncontrollable binge that lasted...well until he'd regained several HUNDRED pounds. No kidding.
And, oddly enough, I could see exactly how that could happen, all that pent up desire coming out in one explosive rush once the door was opened. So I became like "anything that's not going to actually damage my health (i.e. transfat) or set off a binge (i.e. hfc) is fine within caloric and macro limits. Interestingly enough, just giving myself "permission", whether I actually do it or not (mostly not) to have occassional random junk dials the desire down several notches from "I'm wildly craving....." to "I'd like to have.....". |

well since you're soliciting suggestions: PIZZA I have make this about once a week and it is seriously good:
1 w/w/ Flat-out wrap (these are the only wraps that work as well) baked on non-stick cookie sheet till just crispy around edges
1 whole medium tomato put in blender with a little oreg/basil/chives/pepper/garlic; spoon on top of wrap
1 cup either raw baby spinach leaves or cooked spinach layered on top of that
1/4 cup (1 oz) of finely shredded low/non fat cheese of choice (I like the mix of mozzerella/colby/parma/provolone on top of that
4 oz lean ground turkey (cooked obviously) on top of that
stick back in oven just till cheese melts, drizzle 1 tablespoon olive oil over the whole thing and just chomp away - it's the world's healthiest personal pan pizza |

IM SO FRIGGIN PISSED so my brand new 07 tC is USELESS now and lost a crapload of its value. its not even worth me keeping it, so im gunna reward myself and get a g35 or murano.
