Talking Keeping Up With Myself

Hello All,

I am new to this site, and keeping track of any progress ever while starting to get into shape. I recently moved to Port Orange about two months ago. While looking for employment I started to work out, and after a a few days, got into the habit of working out twice a day (morning/night). I did it that way for about a month maybe month and a half, not sure. I moved up here weighing 180, and being only 24, just wasn't happy about it, and somehow found the motivation to change that about myself. After that month or so, I dropped down to a crazy 168. I've maintained that weight, mostly because I was working for a few weeks and had to cut back to working out once a day. It made me realize how much I got use to it, and how hard I am on myself if I don't workout a certain amount, lol. Well I'm back to working out twice a day right now because I'm not working currently. I have also made certain lifestyle changes to go with the fitness. I cut back on alcohol, eat alot healthier compared to before, maybe have one coke a week if that vs. 5 in one day, I also drink water insanely all day lol, maybe green tea or juice to add a little flavor. I never had this motivation while living in Miami, moving up here was the best decision health-wise. It's just me and my daughter, which gives me alot of time, and less distractions to focus on getting fit and healthy, but I just feel alot different now, and much happier. I'm open to any ideas on improving myself fitness and food wise. Love meeting new people. [/FONT]
