Hi all, when i joined this forum i realy felt i can reach my goal, i don't know why? but i did. maybe the sharing goals with other is highly encourge thing and increase motivation, any way these are my answers and i need ur comment :-

im 115 kg, my target is 90

within 60 days
-- How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)?
i will reduce my caloric intake and hoin a gym.
-- Who or what can support you in reaching your goal? gym
-- How realistic is your goal?
