Rep Power: 11 | | Hey Hajni thanks for stoping buy-We know a few people from Hungary there is a large population of hungarian in Germany.
I will have to see if I can find a champion sports bra here I bet they will be exspensive since they are imports from the state.
Well i was going good until the dreaded late night eating-I told my dh to bring me a veggie wrap last night after his poker game I didnt think he was gong to be home so late and what did I do I ate mindlessly!
I knew I didnt need to eat it but I did-The veggie wraps is not harmless because its cheese with veggies with guacamole and mayo wrapped in a torilla and nachos on the side.
I litterally ate it then fell asleep. On a good note I am not hungry and its already 10am.I did a 40 minute aerobic workout DVD.I am going to go out and walk for about 1 or 2 hours today with the kids and I will more than likely try to not go over 1800 calories today.
If the kids take a nap today i will try to get on my excercise bike for 20-30 minutes.
I just do not need to see any weight gain or it may kill my motivation-I knew I shouldnt have ate that wrap! |

Rep Power: 14 | | sometimes you just have to eat stuff you shouldn't. makes it seem less like punishment when you're eating healthy. if it makes you feel better, at least you didn't cheat with burger king french toast sticks......those are really horrible for you. and I ate thm for breakfast the other day but Kudos to you for doing your dvd and getting out and running. keep it up and it'll be like you never ate that wrap at all! |

Rep Power: 11 | | I didnt get to run this morning both kids went haywire last night waking up several times inthe middle of the night.I really wish my 2 year old will learn to sleep throught the night like other kids-UGGGH but, they are only this age once, thats what I tell my self. My almost 6 month old sleep better than his older brother but thanks to teething he is having some rough nights as well.
SO I didnt get enough rest and overslept so I didnt run this morning-I refuse to run past 730am I just dont like an audience and too much traffic slows me down even more.So I will be running tomorrow on my rest day.We went walking for about 2 hours today and i will do a workout dvd later in the evening.
I had streamed broccolii, califlower and cabbage with bow ties pasta and a breadroll.Sound like alot but it was all on a desert plate so it wasnt so much.
My snack was an ice cream-mmmmm
I think I will make tortellini in a cheese sauce with brocolli for dinner but I wont eat much since I didnt really calculate any calories today. |

You know I eat what I want and I feel guilty for the moment but theni get over it-LOLI just try not to make it a reoccuring thing. I have never had french toast sticks and the way I am things that are not good for me I usually do not try so thats one positive thing-BUT I have so many other things that i shouldnt eat on my lists of favorite its hard to think straight sometimes-LOL |

Rep Power: 11 | | I really hate having to much time to myself at night!I was doing oh so good until I went to the store to pic up some veggies and a pint of macademia nut ice cream which was in the wrong place called out to me!
I bought it came home cooked dinner ate, everything was fine until the baby fell asleep and mydh went to meet with some club owners about a gig. I was on the internet and then I thought hmmmm i have the ice cream in the freezer.I ate 2 spoon fulls and I was fine then I thought omg I want some more so i ate the whole thing-UHHHHHHHH
So my payback to myself was to run more this morning.I ran some sprints that almost killed me and even drew a audience from the security team in one of the downtown buildings-It sucked but I kept spriniting back and fort because i didnt want to look like a wimp-LOL
I ran 10K plus the sprints-I really feel my body has been taxed today so that should keep me inline!I eran a total of 1hour 15 minutes including my warm up and cool down.
DH just took the baby to the flea market with him and my oldest is at opa and omas so I get to chill and relax-I would have never thought I could run so long and the funny thing is I could have went even longer-I really need to work on my speed more because I think I am doing 11 minute miles I use tobe able to do 8 minute miles but I only could run 2 miles at most-LOL |

Rep Power: 104 | | Hey--great job! TAKE THAT, ice cream! Seriously! That ice cream is long gone!
I'm glad you had an audience--sprinting is very very hard and it's nice people could appreciate what a badass you are for doing it!! Of course, so am I We deserve something nice, like new shoes (free!) Oooh! I know, one of those dorky belts with little water bottles all over it! Those are like $30! Ok I'll stop!
Yes, your body is fantastic. That bunny chub will come off in no time if you keep at it. But beware of MY problem: I may exercise like crazy but I tend to eat to maintenance later. And nutrition is like a big part of weight loss. So we have to be careful--you had ice cream, I had beer and chocolate Tpday will be different! Good luck to both of us!! |

Rep Power: 90 | | Hey there I wanted to jump in and say hey - you visit soem of the same diaries as I do and I wanted to say hi - I think the weight loss journey is alot harder when you have a couple of kids in tow...on the othre hand it is also great incentive...You want the kidlettes to learn healthy eating styles as well...

Rep Power: 11 | | Hey thanks for stopping by! Yeah I think the kids make it bit more challenging but when they see me working out and also adapt to it, it will be so well worth it.
My oldest son is 2 and a half and the baby is 6 months tomorrow. I really wish he could go to preschool soon but we only got a slot for january since his birthday is christmas its hard to get him in earlier than that without too many holiday breaks. |

Rep Power: 11 | | So its back to being strict with my eating. I really hate myself for baking I am on a no baking stike for the next 2 weeks. I decieded to make blueberry muffins yesterday and i ate like 5 of them I really dont know why i even made them, My son doesnt really fancy cakes and my dh really needs to starve himself for maybe 6 months-LOL kiddin but he doesnt need them either and lord knows I dont. I get on the scale today and its up to 80 kilos. It could be alot of things because I have been to relaxed this week.
I have my run in less than 12 days and I really want to lose a little before then not gain and lose the same pounds over and over again.
This morning I ran 5,64K in 35 minutes which was good to me I was depressed after I got on the scale so i didnt eat breakfast.
Lunch was steamed brocolli and califlower 1 veggie soy pattie 4tbs of mashes potatoes and some mixed vegetables with a little sauce but a really small serving no more than 500 calories.
I will only drink water for the next 12 days and I will not eat any fast food not like i normally do ----but I did have thai on sunday and tha included a hefty serving of rice.
No sweets or special snacks even if it falls into my calorie range for the day because Ineed to be able to control myself a bit more.
DH told me if I finish my race under 30 minutes he will buy a ipod nano
hmmm I dont now if its going to happen but I must say ts a good incentive and it makes me want to push myself.
Oh I bought some little weights and they are tiny like 1kg-LOL but they were the easiest to carry with the baby in the baby bjorn and my shopping bags.I figure I can incorporate them into something maybe with my step areobics.I'll see.
I guess I will go clean up before i get the urge to eat! |

Rep Power: 45 | | | Hey girl, I didn't realize you had a diary going. We seem to have the same problem about eating at night. You do look gorgeous in your pics, with the extra curves or not, you look great. Now I've got you in my subscription list so I'll check in regularly and see what's up with you. |

Rep Power: 14 | | wow, I wish my husband would buy me an ipod for doing great at my exercise and such. of course I'd have to actually DO great at it first
good on ya for reigning yourself in with your food. once in a while splurges are fine, but doing it all the time tends to sabotage all your amazing running. You're my superhero with all the running you do. I'd fall over dead. so BRAVO!!! |

Rep Power: 11 | | The the same old is the easiest-I can only do step when the kids arent around which makes me lose out on personal time with myself-and personal time usually wins-LOL
I will tell you I decided to workout this time because after my first I did not and truthfully I really didnt know what to do.I just found out about the whole calorie thing some months ago when I joined this forum
I held on to over 20 pound from my first pregnancy and it was in all the wrong places.
What really motivated me was our move back to the big city.We were in the country before with all farmers and such and everyone looked not the best so I fit in so easily.
Here in the city where all the skinny minnies who had a baby today and were back in their old cloths the next really made me realize it is possible to look good after a baby.
I really want to be able to eat sensibly and maintain a good weight for my body type. | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
