Rep Power: 17 | | Well i slacked off for a few days on putting it all into fitday.com but I am going to start doing that again today. Things are still kinda crazy around the house. I am going to do some more exercise today then i did yesterday and try to eat better at least I am getting in some more fruits and veggies into my diet and still managing to stay so far under my cals its just hard getting used to eating breakfast again cause i am not used to eating breakfast cause i am not usually hungry. |

Rep Power: 17 | | | Ok getting back on track here Ok well my family that came down for the funeral left this morning at 5am. So things will be getting back on track here as far as exercise and being able to post to the forum regulary. I found a great site for free exercise workouts that use your own muscles and is great for toning up everything. I found it on my military support website that I post on. Here's the link to the workouts its has all different types and it uses hand weights a stability/exercise ball and a towel. in some of the exercises. Fitness Workouts on Self.com
Food for the day so far:
No breakfast since I slept in after saying goodbye to my family this morning at 5am
Lunch: 1 grilled cheese w/slice of turkey in whole wheat bread. about 15-20 grapes and a banana. and 24 oz of water
Snack: baby carrots and 60 cal rice cake
dinner: tuna sandwich on ww bread and small salad with carrots, cabbage and tomato slices- no dressing
Water: 64oz or more not sure yet
Exercise: cleaning out garage and 2 mile walk and maybe some abs and weight lifting |

Rep Power: 21 | | | Your husband is going to be excited enough just to see you and Alex again, add in looking even hotter on top of it and he won't know what hit him!
Keep it up! |

Thanks for the link on Self.com I went and checked it out. Looks like I am going to quit my gym and do it home so this was a great tool for me.

Rep Power: 17 | | | wooohoo weigh in day Woohooo... well today is a good day so far. I had my 2nd official weigh in since starting on this journey of getting in shape and losing weight. It feels great even though i slacked off a little last week due to all the stress of everything that was going on. Anyways I now weigh 253.2 so that is good. That means I lost 4.2 lbs this week even with the fact that my exercise and everything wasn't up to what i did that first week.
Today starts a new week for me and gotta make sure I kick it up in high gear this week. No slacking off on exercising or watching what i eat. So that's my small update so far.
Breakfast: bowl of cherrios with sliced strawberries and half cup whole milk
snack: dannon light and fit 60 cal yougart
Lunch: grilled cheese w/slice turkey on whole wheat bread
snack: baby carrots w/ tablespoon of ranch dressing
Dinner: not sure yet
exercise: 1 hour playing ddr, 100 crunches, arm exercises and maybe some leg exercises and gotta finish cleaning up the garage.

Reason: didn't have bananas so had to sub w/strawberries

I have my long term goal in sight and am trying to keep in it my mind at all times. Especially when my workouts start burning and i feel like quiting. I remember why i am doing this. not just for my son or hubby but for my health in the long run. |
