See above! This new one seems like a cutie...I have to remember kindness does not equal weakness. Life with self esteem issues has set me up for falls, ie because I haven't loved myself I could never really understand anybody else loving me and therefore assume there must be something wrong with them. Learning slowly!
And you are from the UK? Your Queensland location made me think you were an Aussie. Where in the UK are you from? I emmigrated to Oz 3.5 years ago, but born and bred in the UK. My family are from north west England, but I call London home.

Well, I've got some nasty-ass photos of me at 241lbs that were taken in late July. My goal is to hit Onederland by Christmas--but that is a pretty agressive goal. I promise I'll post my b/a pics--but the befores aren't going up until the afters do! And don't worry, Sheryl--I love food waaay too much to engage in starvation tactics...

Im a PCOS'er aswell and know how hard it is to suffer from it and its evil weight gain raft aswell. Good to see ya kicking some serious ass, keep it up hun!!

Although being diagnosed with PCOS is upsetting, it has made alot of sense as to why I have always had a problem with my weight! I firmly believe that I can sniff calories! Cohens is geared towards PCOS people, but I guess any diet that controls the carbs / sugar intake is of benefit to us because of the insulin resistance. And don't even get me started on the fluid retention!!! haha
I look forward to watching your progress!

I have become a master of avoiding the camera! There might be some head shots but as most of my 215 lbs were firmly glued to my ass and thighs the head shots didn't really give the 'whole body' experience!!!

Just a quickie...( oh er Mrs )
Just been for my 4 week weigh in, a bit early (3 1/2 weeks) because the weekend weigher is going away!
Lost 4.7kg in the last 3 1/2 weeks. A bit disappointed, but apparently the small detour of pineapple and cheese would have set me back a week.
The 'weigher' reckons I can shift 7kg in the next 4 weeks to hit my upper goal of 65kg...personally I'm a little sceptical but I will stick to it 100% ( hummm, not sure if the house warming party will be such a good ideas though!)
So today I have achieved a healthy BMI of 25 which is a great! What for the next goal? I will aim for 69kg...it is under the 70 mark...on reflection lets make it 68kg so you Yankie girls can understand 150 lbs!!! hehehe, and also I havent weighed that since I don't know when. I was definitely more than that at 16 years old. So there we have it 68kg / 150 lbs to beat! Down 3.8kg / 8.4 lbs...best start being more controlled.
Would love to take up horse back riding for the exercise but have no one to go with still!!!

Well, hello all after a long time away. Ive been in hiding. Ashamed the I have put on the 17kg that I lost,...plus some more as well. I have no excuse except to say that I had an incident with someone I cared about alot disrespecting me alot. Diets are all very well but I have realised that it is not enough, I need to address the triggers for over eating and comfort eating, because lets face it stress is always going to happen, and I dont want to yoyo any more, and I want to really be in control.
So I am am starting again, and understanding myself better!
lots of goals, feeling attractive to myself, feeling confident, feeling proud, feeling in control, a triathlon in 8 weeks and being a foxy bridemaid in May!
Big motivators.
