i i have been dieting for two weeks today , i felt absaloutley great this morning and i noticed how much more my belly had changed shape and my mum said so too and the jeans which wouldnot pass my thighs 4 weeks ago now fit perfectly i even drafted up a diary entry which i was gonna start .. however i decided to weigh myself on the scales and it says i have lost 7 and a half pounds so i now weigh [15 st 13] instead of [16st 6 lb] so i have lost 7 pounds in 2 weeks by the way im also 5:11 ,i must admit i was a little dissapointed i really thought it was more :[
my question is do you think this is a stable weight loss for two weeks .. too still carry on losing i just will not go back to my old ways?
& also if i was too do one do you think people would be intrested in reading my diary/blog ,
thankyou - Emma.

please help im a teen dieter. ? Post #2 (permalink)
people lose weight at different speeds. I lost like a stone in the first couple of weeks, and it wasn't exactly a smooth weight loss when looked at daily. However over each month I lost around a stone [I had a lot to lose].
Don't worry about how much you are losing, just think about how good you feel now.
