I feel so unsure about making myself known here again.
i feel a bit of a failure because i completely gave up the calorie counting for about 4 months from november to the end of january. and i have such an urge to start a whole new account but what the heck. im here for good now!
my confidence and self esteem took a huge crash in the period where i was not eating healthily the belly grew , the skin was bad and so was the attitude. its not like the weight i cant tell you how much weight i put on (mum still doesnt trust me with scales) however the size 16's are tighter and i even purchased a few 18's too

thats it about the past though [if you want to know more then look at my previous posts] lets call this a whole new start
my dieting method is calorie counting once again , i keep my little hello kitty notebook and write everything that enters my mouth
which usually estimates at about 1400-1700 a day including over 100 sit ups and 30minuate+ walk .
im gonna open up about myself more here too seen as it is a diary so be prepared for my rants and small talk .
oh and also im going to take some before pictures tommorow
itll be quite a daunting experience but i hope everyone will be kind

Calorie intake
breakfast- an english breakfast [one piece of friend wholemeal bread , 1 sosauge , 2 rashes of bacon, 1 fried egg and 1/3 of a tin of beans] 600 kcals (it was a one off.
Lunch - 2 hotdogs with super noodles baked beans and one blackberry youghurt 550 kcals
Dinner- penne pasta with bacon bits 500 kcals
snacks - 1 hotchoclate 70 kcals 2 cups of tea 50 kcals (semi skimmed milk no sugar in either)
went for a brisk mountain walk that equaled 250 burnt and i then went on a 50 min power walk with the dog another 200 kcals used up .
right , even though i planned on posting a few before i sort of forgot about it and im now in my pj's
so i promise that i will have some growse pics up before friday!
whoo 2 weeks of the diet , the worst bits over
anyway .. today has been preety dull and i dont half hate mondays and it was just lectures all day.
however i sort of had a little achievment to myself (it may sound trivial) but it was my first day of going to college with no foundation on and to my suprise everyone said how much better i looked , and a girl who had no idea about my healthy eating asked me if i had lost weight , because my face and torse look so much slimmer , go meee
Breakfast- bannana and peanut butter on toast [2 slices of whole meal bread , one teaspoon of peanut butter and one bannana] 385 kcals
Lunch- A pasta salad i prepared [pasta , 1 piece of ham , yellow peppers , tomatos , spring onion , grated carrot and a slither of chedder cheese] 420 kcals
dinner -pasta and mince [Penne pasta , with minced beef] 520 kcals
snacks - 2 rice cakes with a teaspoon of blackberry jam on 80 kcals
one apple , handfull of grapes a few baby tomatos negative calories arent they??
one hot choclate [40 kcals for the instant powder , 50 for the whole milk used in it] 100 kcals
= 1495
exercise 100+ sit ups , 40 minuate walk an a teeny bit of brisk jogging.
(quite a good day on whole if i do say so myself.)
hello , i know its been a while since my last diary entry but is only because i hae been so,so busy with college , nothing of any intrest has really happened and my food intake for the week days is pretty simmilar sticking to my 1300-1600 calories per day aswell as loadsss of situps and crunches etc.
oh i almost forgot, i noticed a couple of things over my 19 days of dieting..
- my concentration in classes has improved loads.
- my skin is healthier.
- my belly is tighter.
- i havent eaten choclate or even though of eating it for almost 3 weeks

Its hard having friends that can eat kebabs all day and not put on weight!
