We could fix her up with Amy's ex. Those two sound made for each other. | Women who want to punch = hawtness As long as it's not me they wanna punch *LOL* |

It ain't easy but the best things in life (like losing weight that you want to) aren't. I think a lot of people who have weight to lose start out with anger in their hearts at the ridicule they endured--then later, when they're slim and healthy and at peace, realize they now have to open up and forgive and move on. At least, that's my humble theory. It's of course different for everyone But I wish you the best for losing the last 50 lbs! Can't wait! | I like that frame of mind, but in my situation, my ex burned all the forgiveness bridges very thoroughly. Not just with me but with everyone in my family and even her own. I don't know why really. It just happened. What I've done though is build a new bridge and gotten over it. It took a while though As for how I'll feel when I get skinny, I dunno. It's hard to think that I would act any differently than I do right now being heavy. We shall see though! |

Rep Power: 89 | | I agree with you regarding your ex. Unless she came to you and made a very sincere apology for all the shit she put you through, there is no reason to forgive. However, the trick is not to let it eat away you. My gran does that. She still brings up crap her dead sisters said and did to her 50yrs ago. I say, get over it...lol. The only person she's hurting by holding onto all that is herself. But, I think you've gotten past it with your ex. I don't think you dwell on it too much. At least I hope you don't. |

I don't know if I ever told the story of my divorce on here or not but it was very out of the blue and to this day I don't really know what went wrong. It made me question everything about myself. Made me wonder what was wrong with "me". I felt depressed and just generally shitty for years. It boils down to the simple fact that she cheated on me and married someone else. Period. It really wasn't my fault, it was her choices and she made them. But for a good while I felt like it was all my fault for some reason. Not anymore though! |

Damn.. I'm disliking that ex more and more, honey. hahaa! Wow. You're like the male version of me when it comes to cheating fuckers. Same thing here, except we weren't married. He decided to move in with the girl (He was in Canada) behind my back. I finally found out after his younger brother informed me of his brother cheating on me. I went through depression, doubting myself, hating men/ loving women.. (HA!) etc. Oh well... we move on and get stronger, angel. In your case.. you get hotter with age. Good shit. It'll eventually bite her in the ass when she least expects it. It happens.

I agree with Amy--although I just like Southern men in general...lol. Actually, my H is Southern, too--he comes from the Southern part of Australia. haha

Rep Power: 18 | | Looks like I might have a rough time this week. Looks like I'm sick. My son has had the flu and I might have caught it. Aching and sore throat with a worsening cough. I have 50 minutes worth of exercise still to do tonight for the challenge but I don't know if I'm going to feel up to it or not
I'm at work now but if I had my choice I'd be at home in the bed! If I don't get any worse than this I'll be ok but I am worried this won't be the case |

I'm so sorry you're feeling under the weather. The flu is no fun. You should be in bed. Can you go home early today? I'm gonna don my naughty nurse uniform and come over. Drink lots of water and take it as easy as possible. I'd give you a hug, but I don't wanna catch what you've got...
Look on the bright side--if you do start to the number on the scale will go down. Bad BB, bad, bad BB. | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
