Hi Paulie!

Happy Belated V-Day..lol. Sorry I'm late.

Congrats on blasting through your goals. I was just looking, and you only have to lose 20.8lbs by your birthday to hit that 225lb goal! That is so doable, and I have no doubt that you'll be far below it. You truly are amazing!

Happy be-lated V-Day to you too! It's ok I wasn't feeling very valentiny yesterday *L* Maybe after I get thru working on myself I'll let cupid take some shots at me with the arrow again

yeah I would hope I can lose at least 20 lbs by june *L* I should probably adjust that goal but fack it! I still want to be 200 by the middle of july. I dunno if I qualify to be amazing though

Next week is Viva Las Vegas week ! I have to get in 100 minutes of exercise early in order to count it so I plan on exercising a lil extra this weekend. I will post my final weigh in for the challenge on tuesday and go with that. I'll just miss out on the bonus points for wed & thurs. I'm planning on gaining a pound or two on this trip because I'm going to eat whatever I feel like for those 3 days

Yes, V-day sucks ass if you don't have anyone..lol. Been there, done that PLENTY.

200lbs by mid-July would mean losing 45lbs in 5 months. I think that is certainly reasonable, considering your track record. And, yes, you are qualified to be amazing--and that is a word I don't toss around casually like everyone else does these days.

As to the bonus this week, it's all or nothing, so that could be a problem for you. Either way, you did really well in the challenge, and I think you deserve to eat whateva the hell you want while in Vegas. Losing around 80lbs in 7 months is quite an accomplishment. I'm sure your hotel will have a fitness center if you want to use it. They usually have stationary bikes. And now that you are so much slimmer, you have no reason to feel self-conscious. Of course, if you want to take a few days off exercising while away, you've certainly earned it.

Have a good weekend!!

Considering I'm going to be walking a huge convention center each day, I'm considering that my exercise *L* Only problem is I won't have any way to record it as I'm not taking my laptop with me. But it's ok, I doubt I was going to win anyway *L* I actually checked into a gym at the Sahara, they don't have one. I guess they want you out gambling , not exercising *L*

I found out something disturbing earlier today. Last week at my kids school they had a student expelled for making threats. At least that is the dumbed down version we heard. Today I found out this kid threatened to bring a gun to school and kill a teacher and a bunch of students. He was expelled and is in the Youth Detention Center. Seems he had a "Hit List" wrote up that his parents found. My son's name was on the list. Kinda sends a chill up your spine when you think of all the other school shootings. Luckily some students reported his threats and they were taken seriously so nothing progressed. Scary shit though!

I have returned from the city of sin! A bit lighter in the wallet but a bit heavier in the stomach! I gained a lil over 3 lbs I knew I'd gain though but I didn't mean to go THAT overboard
I'm back to the grind though. I'll hopefully get rid of that this week. You would think that if I can gain that in a few days I should be able to lose it huh

I'm glad you had a good time! How was the airplane? Did you give in to sin?

Don't worry about those 3lbs--I'm sure most of it's water and will come off in a day or two. Trust me, I know all about these things.

Oh Yes! I forgot , the airplane! I did NOT have to use a seatbelt extender!!!! It fit perfect and I even had some slack in it. Also the tray table let down perfectly unless the person in font of me had their seat reclined. Great ride and comfy!!!
Bout the only sin I gave into was gluttony I didn't drink any beer but it was mighty tempting going to two parties that had open bars. I drank water. Went to see George Carlin on friday night before we left. Great to see a legend!

I hope it is just water but I dunno. I ate some horrible things! mmmmm these onion rings I had.. mmmm awesome and the biggest shrimp I've ever seen. I took video of them they were so huge!

That is fantastic news about the airplane! I knew you'd be pleased. That had to be a big self-confidence boost.

Hey, I pig out like that rather often, and I always take the extra weight off quickly. Most of it is water retention, anyway. I predict it will all be gone (and maybe a new low as well) before the week is over.
