oddly enough, no word yet. I'm guessing the girl "forgot" to call me back. I guess since the appt isn't until sept. I guess they're not too concerned....yet. I know I am though.

I noted that I was slowing down when I posted my birthday challenge results because you can notice it from each checkpoint how it's dropped. That's not whining Show me where I've whined ! I want quotes!

Sorry to hear about the gain. Looks like your body is used to the same ole same ole. Time to switch it up--increase the length or intensity of your workouts, add more weights.

Well I put a lil more in it than I should have last week. I got it back on track over the weekend though.... I think. It might have been alot of water too, my sodium intake has been a lil high lately.

I know I know....weights!

It probably is up b/c of the sodium. flush it out with water and keep an eye on the sodium intake, and Scalena should be kinder to ya.

Yeah I'm hoping for a better week this week. I guess I have to look at it as I'm getting down to the "harder to get off" weight. When I was Super Huge I had so much more of it to get off and it came off quicker so now that I'm smaller I have to work harder at it. It's been hard because I've gotten a bit "un-motivated". I need to take some new pics. I am alot smaller sizewise even if I've not lost much more poundwise.

I know I'm not around much. I'm sorry! I'll try to get better!

What'd you think of the draft?
What the hell is with the Atlanta Falcons! Why didn't they take Dorsey and then pick up Henne in the 2nd round ?? Grrrr I really didn't want Matt Ryan. I would have much rather them take linemen defensive or offensive first then pick up a decent QB in the 2nd round like Henne or Brohm.

I hear ya on the motivation front!! I need to kick my ass into gear. My eating's been terrible lately. We can do it!!!!!

I haven't paid any attention to the draft! I'm so bad. I've been giving all my sports attention to the NBA and NHL playoffs. Did you watch any of the Hawks/Celtics games? I was hoping they'd pull off the upset so my Pistons wouldn't have to play Boston in the Conference final. Who did Henne end up going to? If the Lions had any brains, they'd get him.

Yeah I need some major motivation. I kinda lost a bit with this leg stuff because I had hoped to go on a vacation this summer and was working hard towards that and now I likely won't and there goes my goal. I need a new one to work towards I guess. I'm still hovering around 235. If I'm still there this friday I'm declaring a plateau

I'm shocked you didn't keep tabs on the draft! Henne went to the Dolphins in the 2nd round. I didn't watch any of the Hawks. There's nothing exciting to me about the NBA anymore. I used to love watching basketball back in the MJ era. There's too many playoff teams and if David Stern thinks they can make some $$ they'd probably add some more.

Why on earth would you let a little varicose vein ruin your vacation? I know tons of women your age who have them, and still go away. Even if you don't spend all your time on the beach, go somewhere you can relax and enjoy yourself. That's motivation--to be thinner so you'll be in better shape and have more energy to do stuff.

I'll have to go check out the draft results. Henne to the dolphins eh?
