My story:
I’ve been over weight for only about 2 years now. No one would guess I weigh as much as I due to I don’t really look it, but I know it and it bothers me much. I used to be in all sorts of pageants and things of that nature and I was a top dancer in my classes and such. To whine it all down, --- I was everything that I’m not now, I’m miserable. The weight didn’t happen sudden, it was a slow change for me and it happened over depression and I believe it was probably because of a lot of things were happening in my life and that was the only “comfort” I had at the time. I live a very stressful life, so trying to diet is very hard for me, and I believe a weight lost diary will help a lot. So, I will use this to keep up with how much I’ve lost, how much I worked out per day, and keep records of what I’ve ate that day.
My goal weight is 130 overall, I don’t expect to lose it fast, I’m going to gradually drop, my diet plan is simply a low calorie diet with no real plan, simply stick mostly to fruits and veg., with plenty of meats, and exercise.
I do have a short goal and it’s 170 by December which I do hope to achieve and I have much faith that I will.
I’ve already lost a lot of weight, I started at 250! Which was very unhealthy… |

Rep Power: 25 | | | Suki!!!Congratulations on your WL so far...you can surely lose the rest. You sound pretty motivated, and like activity has been a part of your life. Have you heard of DDR (Dance Dance Revolution)? It is this cool dancing game you hook up to your tv and have this mat you dance on, and you have to follow the steps. Lots of people have found it GREAT for losing weight, so I am going to buy it for Christmas as a treat for me and my daughters.
