Hey GG,

I'm sorry about your friend moving away. Its hard to lose those very close to you. Moving away from my whole family and all my friends four years ago was really hard. I moved to where I had no one.

I'm sorry you had to say good-bye twice. That makes it soo much harder!

Nothing I can say will make it better but I do have a ton of hugs to give=0)

This weekend, my goals went on a total bender...

Comfort food for most people is nothing like comfort food for a chef w/ an entire array of ingredients at his command. I did bad bad bad things with food...and they turned out amazing.

Tomorrow, my gym re-opens, and I am going to go work off all of these aggressive and depressive feelings that are coming through this week. I am totally stoked to have my gym back, and I feel a new surge of dedication coming on.

My emotional status is still very rocky, and I doubt it will change any time soon...but I figure it can't get worse very easily!

I am going to bed in a few mins, so I can have plenty of energy to jump back on the bandwagon tomorrow.

Soli

Your emotional status will take time to improve. Just take it one day at a time. It's good you'll have your old gym back tomorrow, and your plan to work off all those agressions is a great one. The exercise will make you feel better--gotta love those endorphins. Don't worry about the bad/amazing things you did with food. I'll be it was yummy. You'll work it all off tomorrow. Keep your chin up, dear. I'm going through some relationship crap myself at the moment, so I totally feel for ya.

Today was a great day, my gym is open...and it felt great to go tear up some muscle.

I am back on the diet in a big way after this weekend's bender.

Enough for now, bed to rest off the hard workout.

Hey doll,

sorry I've been out of the loop. They had a big shipment of zucchinis that came into town, so I had to make sure I was there for the unloading. hahaaa! jk Anyways, I'm hoping things are getting better for you and am happy your gym is up and running again. I expect a weight update soon, sexy thang. Wishing you the best....

Hello Chef,
It sounds like you are well on your way to attaining your goals. That food sounds great especially the Salmon. Good luck on reaching your goals, I thought I would stop by and say hello.

Congrats on the 3lbs!!! Woohoo! Go GG! You're back in the grove.

Your bender sounds yummy as hell! If I get divorced, I think I'm gonna want to date you. I'm already sold on the lips and the fantastic food! lol
