Rep Power: 8 | | This weekend, my goals went on a total bender...
Comfort food for most people is nothing like comfort food for a chef w/ an entire array of ingredients at his command. I did bad bad bad things with food...and they turned out amazing.
Tomorrow, my gym re-opens, and I am going to go work off all of these aggressive and depressive feelings that are coming through this week. I am totally stoked to have my gym back, and I feel a new surge of dedication coming on.
My emotional status is still very rocky, and I doubt it will change any time soon...but I figure it can't get worse very easily!
I am going to bed in a few mins, so I can have plenty of energy to jump back on the bandwagon tomorrow.

Soli | Your emotional status will take time to improve. Just take it one day at a time. It's good you'll have your old gym back tomorrow, and your plan to work off all those agressions is a great one. The exercise will make you feel better--gotta love those endorphins. Don't worry about the bad/amazing things you did with food. I'll be it was yummy. You'll work it all off tomorrow. Keep your chin up, dear. I'm going through some relationship crap myself at the moment, so I totally feel for ya.

Rep Power: 8 | | Today was a great day, my gym is open...and it felt great to go tear up some muscle.
I am back on the diet in a big way after this weekend's bender.
Enough for now, bed to rest off the hard workout.

I expect a weight update soon, sexy thang. Wishing you the best....
