Just weighed in again, and landed at 348.... We will see tomorrow if it sticks.

I have over $25,000 in catering this week alone, so I will be on here less than usual.

Today

Protein shake with granola, banana, and yogurt
Apple
3 celery stalks
lemon chicken wrap w/ veggies (lettuce wrap, not tortilla...sorry MGB)
protein shake w/ granola, apple, and yogurt
Mediterranean pork loin with mushroom risotto and sauted spinach

Leg and torso lifting routine, 20 mins elliptical.

Nice job today, GG! Your food looks yummy, as usual. Who cares if the 348 "sticks" tomorrow. You got down there and even if it's up a bit, it will go back down. Mine always does. Congrats!

Hola Papi,

just dropping in to say congrats with the 348! Try not letting all the stress get to you during the week with that big ass catering job. You're doing fantastic.

First day of fall meal plans....

The fact that I keep getting older every year....and every year they bring in more 18 year old women that make my pants want to drop on the spot is simply not fair. The freshmen are always the same age...and it's a love / hate situation for me!

I would like to find a school where the entry age is 21.....

Today was a good day, busted my ass, and got some work done both on the job and at the gym.

Anyway...to all the ladies out there old enough to actually walk inside a bar...thank you....

Soli

Hmmm... now I have a quick question for you: Now does your pants drop because your ass is shrinking or is it that wretched trouser snake wanting to free itself to get a breathe of fresh air? HA!

Ha... bars... funny story: I went to one down here and I was carded at the door, then allowed in. I'm hanging out with Sean and everyone else when all of a sudden the owner walks up to me and says, "How did you get a band? I want to see your ID." He then accused me of using a fake Hawaii ID, the silly bastard. You just don't do that when half of your patrons are cops. Needless to say, he lost a lot of money for pulling that bullshit. HA! Go me! Go me! Go me....

I am pretty sure fresh air is a necessity for all trouser snakes MGB

I have had a bad few days w/ work, so I haven't been around much. The new year is starting...and life is rough.

Working out is still happening currently...and I have been doing very well in general on the whole plan.

Tonight, I am going to go have some beer...the first in 6 weeks...shouldn't take much

Sorry to hear your working weekend wasn't so great. But at least you kept it under control with the eating and exercise--it's not easy to do when work has you stressed. So I give you a big pat on the back, and say you've certainly earned you beer tonight. Enjoy!

Hey there! I was getting worried about my GG. If I hadn't seen that you signed up for the Halloween challenge, I would've thought maybe you'd dropped off the face of the earth..lol. Glad to see you popped in to let us know you're alive and kickin'!

Tell me about the diet thing! Been rough for me, too this week. I feel for ya. How's the exercise been going? Mine's been ok.
