Congrats on the phone service deal! You are Budgetier Queen!!!
Hope the shoulder X ray goes well, have a goal-reachin' week! (Stacy's motto is very good indeed) | You know the really sad thing is that I actually contemplated buying them at the store earlier in the week and actually made the wise choice to say NO! But when faced with a quick dash into the store I grabbed them, baked 'em and ate them before I could talk myself outta them. hahaha
Fuuny how when you threaten to cut off the gravy train lots of companies suddenly have a better deal ????
Just goes to prove how much everyone is getting overcharged for things 'cuz they never ask or think to be assertive.
Thanks for the well wishes with the shoulders. I really want them to be back to normal. It is just driving me nuts that I can't workout like I was before.
Have a Goal Reachin' Week yourself! LOL And yes that Stacy is one motivating girl! |

Lifting them up over my head and pushing them onto a pallet that is stacked higher than I am tall is most likely what messed up my shoulders to begin with. I mean I am only 5'4" for crying out loud! Those pallets would easily get taller than my arms stretched all the way up! GEEZ!!!

Rep Power: 104 | | No kidding!!! Lifting is rough because the mind sort of goes on auto pilot, and mind=body consciousness sort of dissipates. I have to FORCE myself to stop whatever I'm doing and breathe and do cat/cow back stretches and twists in between so I won't screw anything up.
I'm paranoid. Too many people close to me have herniated disks, and my (paternal) gramps has degenerative arthritis in his shoulder. |

Rep Power: 35 | | | Yeah it is pretty scary how many of the people there have to have knee surgery and shouder surgery.
For alot of the people they are really trapped in the $ thing. So the faster they work the more they make. But usually when you are moving faster your not doing it in a proper form. Not that much of anything there is set up to be "proper" form. Lots of twisting/bending going on.
I hope I don't arthritis in my shoulders. That would suck........I am only 36. |

Rep Power: 89 | | Hey there! I went to the Indian restaurant's website and their weekday lunch buffet is only $7.95--so that is very reasonable. If you want to try it--I'm totally up for Indian tomorrow. |

Have a Goal Reachin' Week yourself! LOL And yes that Stacy is one motivating girl! | Well you couldn't have eaten too many of them because when I went back to get another one they were all gone!
I was bad on Sun. I haven't had any donuts for quite some time - at least a year or two - especially from church. Well Mr. Cman got a donut with lemon filling in it and didn't want it, I was like well give it here. Because he asked dh and dh had already eaten 2! My goodness. It was very sickly sweet, but I ate every bite of it!
Have fun tomorrow. Too bad I can't skip work. Dh said it would send Mr. Cman the wrong idea about work/school.
Anyway, I've got enough to keep me busy with school and then off to vote. I just hope not everyone is at my poling place at 4 in the afternoon. |

Rep Power: 35 | | | Just got done writing the letter to my birthdaughter.
I plan to drop it off tomorrow when I am visiting with Kimberly. Turned into a novel of sorts. I hope that she likes it.
Good Night y'all! |

Rep Power: 35 | | Man it seems like it is either feast or famine around here in regards to my getting on here and updating. LOL
This last week was really really busy.
Had a great time vistin' with Kimberly. We ate lots and lots of Indian food. The first time I have ever had something ethnic that wasn't Mexican or Chinese. LOL
Walked for about an hour checking out all these really cool looking houses. And I got to see her condo. Very Nice. Her and hubby are doing lots and lots of hard work to get it up to par.
Dropped off the letter/novel for my birthdaughter. So now I just get to sort of sit and wait to see what happens.
I am still below 200. YEHAW!
Could be a bit lower if I would of had the time to get to the Zumba classes last week. But with all the running here and there and lack of sleep it just wasn't going to happen.
Hubby came home last night with Cheesecake and Sparklin grape juice. (I got the night off due to low volume at work). Guess you can figure where my evening ended .
Well that is about it for now. I really want to go spend some time with my children.
So chat at ya'll later. |
