Ya the day out thing was wonderful. And the new job at the Y starts today!!!
Can't wait to see how I do.
Woke up this morning a bit heavier than yesterday but I am fairly sure that it has more to do with NOT drinking water for 2 days than anything else.
I would love to hit that 200 by Saturday and start off then next week in the One~derland!

Good Morning Bell! Me too, I woke up a pound heavier also, LOL LOL I didn't drink much water for 3 days either, so I'm sure that's my problem, but let's hit it hard this week and lose that nasty pound and then some!!! GOOD LUCK!! hugs!

So I got on here ealier today to update everything and by the time I was done typing the site was down!
I lost all the stuff I wrote.....I was hopping mad!
Besides that today was a pretty good day. The swim class was so fun. Those little kids were absolutely cute!!!!
I think I am going to really enjoy my new job!
My pilates class was cancelled tonite cuz' the teacher was sick. So I am feeling incrediably guilty for not working out all day.
It is so funny because for the most of the last 3 months I hardly ever worked out. And never felt guilty for it. Now.....I have been to 4 pilates classes and really was looking forward to tonights class. I think I must be losing my mind!
I am still floating about a pound heavy so maybe that 203.4 is really gone for now. I don't know. It is not really bothering me to much. But of course missing my class doesn't make it any better. I know that I could have gone in and done something else but I am suppose to go in and work on the weights tomorrow morning with Rob. Figured it wouldn't do any good to make myself sore before we start my evaluation on the weights. This way I will start at a true beginning.
Today in and of itself was a weird day. Aside from the swimming that is.
My dh had to wake me up this morning. Now I know that I like to sleep but usually I get up and get going when I am suppose to. But not this morning. I am sure that it didn't help that both my dd and my youngest ds climbed onto bed last night. I had to kick them out cuz' I just don't get good sleep when they are there.
From there I had breakfast. Dh made pancakes. I had only one and I put some peach jam on it. I am not sure how many cals would be in the pancake but there was only 50 cals in the jelly.
After I came back from the Y I tried to update my diary. And straight from there I went out to the couch and feel asleep. Woke up long enough to fix lunch for myself and ds then fell back to sleep again. Only woke up for good after dh came home.
I have been feeling really "hungry" for fatty foods. Like peanut butter, refried beans and cheeses. I don't know why? TOM is no where near to being here. So I am not sure what is up.
The only thing that I can think of is that maybe I am craving proteins.
So besides feeling hungry and tired all day the day was a good one. I am hoping to not have the same thing happen tomorrow. As the kids have a 1/2 day of school and I really want to get lots of things done here at the house.
So tomorrow I will go swimming @ 8am and then @ 9am I will be hitting the weights.
Hopefully that will make up for my not making it to the class tonight.
More than anything I think that I would not be feeling so guilty if today wasn't that 4th day in a row that I have not exercised.
Anyway that was my day. Nothing exciting.
Hope everyone else's day went well.
I'll check up on everyone esle tomorrow.
Oh Kim and Elle.......in that previous entry that I had, that I lost, I had responded to the both of you.
Thanks for stopping by. Tomorrow I will get around to re-responding as we are going to watch Zodiac and if I don't get off of this thing I think that anarchy may reign in my house.

I'm sure your body is craving things because it's not getting enough. I bet you could up your proteins - just go with lean.

I wouldn't get down about the pound. That's for sure with your success!! I'm sure it will be off in no time. Just drink you water - no excuses, I haven't been to WW in a few weeks - so they should have plenty of that orange stuff.

BTW, you can make your own refried beans - it's a lot less cals. and sodium. I don't think beans have a lot of fat, but they are good for fiber - and maybe that's what your body is craving too?

Anyway, you're doing great. Good luck with your trainer - you should be getting all set up by now.

You know Elle I think I would have liked the movie much better had I not all ready known the whole outcome. Nothing was ever a surprise. In fact I felt like the movie moved to slowly.
Oh Well. (Shrugging)
It's not like we don't have enough other movies to catch up on. We DVR them everytime they have a free weekend for Stars, Hbo, Cinemax....you get the idea.
