I wouldn't get down about the pound. That's for sure with your success!! I'm sure it will be off in no time. Just drink you water - no excuses, I haven't been to WW in a few weeks - so they should have plenty of that orange stuff.
BTW, you can make your own refried beans - it's a lot less cals. and sodium. I don't think beans have a lot of fat, but they are good for fiber - and maybe that's what your body is craving too?
Anyway, you're doing great. Good luck with your trainer - you should be getting all set up by now. | Hey you!
I love the turkey ticker that you have! Soooo Cute!
I think it must have been lack of water. This morning I woke up just above the 203 mark. So I have to believe that the water intake is the problem.
How do I make my own beans? Cuz' I loves re-fried beans!
Thanks for the inspirational words I still really need to hear that even with the loss of 26 pounds.

Rep Power: 35 | | So today is going better than yesterday did.
Weighed myself this morning and I am just above the 203 that I saw last Saturday. So it had to be the lack of water intake on my part.
I am not feeling that dragging down tired feeling. And I also don't feel like I "need" to eat everything in sight! LOL
Got up and got everyone around for school in a quick and military fashion.
As soon as everyone was deposited at their correct locations I hit the YMCA.
Went in and swam. I got all the way up to 8 laps with no stopping! I know that may not sound like alot but the first time I did it I was only able to do 2 without stopping. Remember these are olympic sized pools and a lap is all the way down and all the way back. So in effect I swam 16 lengths of the pool.
After swimming I finally was able to get with Rob and set up my weight program.
We went up to the fitness center and ran thru the machines that he wanted me work on. When we were done with that he asked if there were any machines that I wasn't to comfortable with and so we went thru like 5 more that I had always wanted to try but was to intimidated to do.
So it wasn't a "workout" persay but I did get in the swim so feel much better then I did yesterday about my exercise.
I did pull/strain something in my shoulder while I was swimming. Not exactly sure what happened but felt something twinge. So I will need to be extra careful in the next few weeks to not over-do it.
Even with all the food that I felt like I ate yesterday I only went over my cals by like 165. So it wasn't so bad.
Well that is the most of what is going on around here.
I need to get my house picked up so will get busy on that.
I hope that everyone's day is going well.

Went to the Y today an did my little swimming thing with the kiddies!
They are just so cute. This one little girl is only just about 3 and she is like don't touch me I can swim by myself. Soooooo Cute!
I've been keeping my Cals in check this week but still cannot get down past 204.6. So I have to assume that the 203.4 that I saw on the scale last Saturday was a fluke.
I will be changing my ticker today to reflect that.
We got a new puppy yesterday. Well didn't officially get her yet. She will come home on Monday. She is the cutest little Chocolate Lab! I got to name her and I chose..........
SNICKERZ (Her full AKC name is ~ Snickerz not a Heinz 57)
Dh says it doesn't sound like a very girly name but I think it is cute.
Especially since she is a brown lab. We already have a yellow lab who is 9 years old. So I think Snickerz will round out our doggy family. I can't wait for her to come home.
My pilates class is tonight......hopefully.....since the teacher was sick on Monday I am not sure if we are still having class today. I really hope so. As I am really feeling guilty for not getting in any substantial exercise so far this week. I know that swimming is exercise but it just doesn't feel like it. And the weights yesterday was more of a run-thru rather than a work-out. And then with missing my pilates class on Monday it just feels like a workoutless week.
Anywho.....I am thinking that I might start journaling down all the things that I am eating/cals.
Never really did before 'cuz it seemed boring. But I really think that in the long run it would be very helpful to me to see exactly what I ate everyday.
So here goes: Breakfast Scrambled Egg Pita Pocket
2 eggbeaters (30cals/egg)
2 Tbsp Salsa (5cals/Tbsp)
1/2 Whole Wheat Pita (80cals)
Large pinch shredded Colby-Jack Cheese (25cals) Total for Breakfast-----175 cals Lunch Tuna Pita Pocket
1 can water packed tuna (125cals)
1 Tbsp Hellmans Light Mayo (40cals)
1 Tbsp Pickle Relish (25cals)
2 Tbsp chopped onion (10cals)
1 Tsp yellow mustard (0Cals)
1 Whole Pita (160cals) Total for Lunch-----360 cals Snack 2 Quaker Oatmeal Bars (90cals/bar)
~1 Chocolate Chunk & 1 Oatmeal Raisin~ Total for Mid-Day Snack-----180 cals Dinner Taco Salad
1 Serving Tortilla Chips (9) (130cals)
1/2 cup of Venison Burger (137cals)
3 Tbsp Salsa (15cals)
3 Tbsp Low- Fat Sour Cream (120cals)
1 Cup Lettuce (15cals)
1/4 Cup Diced Tomatoes (20cals)
1/4 Cup Diced Onions (20cals)
1 Lg Pinch Cheese (25cals) Total for Dinner-----482cals After Dinner Snack Ice Cream
1/2 cup coffee flavored (150cals) Total-----150cals
20 more ounces of Water for a total of 80 ounces Grand Total for the Day 1347cals & 80 ounces of Water
Also I have currently had 40 ounces of water. Planning on drinking at least 40-60 more.
So far that gives me a grand total of 535 for the day. I am currently falling somewhere between 1220-1550 cals a day. Usually closer to the 1220 but not always. This is the same plan that I have been using for the past 3 months. Without exercise. I am hoping that by actually added in exercise everyday my weight will "melt" a little bit faster.
We'll have to wait and see.
I will update the rest tonight after supper. (By the way we are having Taco Salad YUM!)
Have a great day everyone!

Rep Power: 43 | | MMMM Taco Salad, good choice!! I really wish during the week I had more time to eat those great breakfast's like all of you on here, I only have time to suck down a bowl of good cereal, and on the weekends I get the good stuff. I love pita pockets too, and I never thought about making one with the tuna, I'll have to do that next week, thanks for that idea!!! I have about 12 cans of tuna in the pantry and I really need to use them up.
I love the avi by the way, it's so pretty!! You really do remind me of my hair dresser, I'm serious you could be sisters.
Well I hope you have a great Halloween, are you trick or treating with the kiddo's?? Or passing out candy?? Chow babes!

Kim | Well the kids were suppose to go trick-or-treating but they misbehaved so badly in the last week that they lost the chance. Though they didn't miss out completely. They did go to our church's Festivus so they still have bags of candy sitting on the counter.
And as far as handing it out.........not this year.......my treat is to go to my Pilates class. LOL
Just hope we don't get any "tricks".
Have you ever tried toasting your pitas? Mmmmmm they are sooooo good that way!
And for the Avi my 4 year took that one too! I think he may follow in his momma's footsteps and become a papparzi! LOL |

LOL LOL Have fun at pilates tonight, I can't believe your working out and doing your thing on Halloween, you are amazing!! I was going to the gym, but decided to take the son to a hockey game, YIKES I hope they win, that would be sad if not. LOL This is funny, on Monday after my Body Jam class, one of the instructors broke out a bag of dark chocolate bars for everyone, I'm like "HUH"??? I just burned 400 calories working my butt off, now you want to tempt me with what I'm so weak on, that's just not fair!!! But, I guess if you really think about it and want to put a positive twist to the whole thing, dark chocolate is supposed to have some sort of benefits I think......hmmmmmm good thing I walked right by them and didn't grab one, you just never know. LOL LOL Have a good night!

As far as the scale, maybe its a mini plateua thing ? I got one real early myself where the scale barely budged, if at all for like 3 weeks straight, then last week I had a 3 lbs loss- hopeing I have broke thru.
Good luck with the pup! |

Rep Power: 35 | | Well today is going well.
The kids have the day off from school so it feels like a Saturday. Of course they are all over the puppy (Snickerz) like white on rice! LOL
Poor thing! Pilates class last night was a real butt-kicker. Since we missed out on Monday's class due to the teacher being sick. About 10 people showed up even with it being Halloween. So we had a decent turnout.
I feel for the people we ended up not coming last night 'cuz on Monday it is really going to hurt for them! Breakfast Eggs & Toast
1 Scrambled Egg (eggbeater style 30cals/egg)
2 slices toast (40cals/slice)
10 spritz ICBINB (0cals)
2 Tbsp Salsa (10cals)
1/2 cup Skim Milk (45cals) Total-----165cals Mid-Morning Snack
1 Medium Banana (93cals)
Quaker Bar (90cals)
~ Peanut Butter Total-----183cals Lunch A little of this and that
Bird's Eye Mixed Veggies~Steaming Bag (120cals)
~ Brocc, Calif, Carrots
Fun Size 3 Musketeer Bar (69cals) Total-----189 Mid-Day Snack Jello w/ Cool Whip
Single Serving Jello (10cals)
8 Tbsp Cool Whip (100cals) Total-----110cals Dinner Spaghetti w/ Venison Meat Sauce
2 oz Whole Wheat Sp. Noodles (210cals)
1/4 cup Prego Chunky Mushroom/Pepper Sauce (45cals)
1" slice of French Bread lightly buttered (132cals)
1 cup Romaine Lettuce ~ Salad (8cals)
1 tsp Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing (46cals)
1 Baby Bell Cheese (70cals)
2 oz Venison, Ground (106cals) Total-----617cals Evening Snack Ice Cream
1/2 cup Coffee flavored Ice Cream (150cals) Popcorn
Pop-Secret 100 Calorie pack (100cals) Total-----250cals Total Cals for the Day-----1514 Total Water for the Day-----80 ounces
Currently I haven't had any water so I need to get Crack~a~lacken on that!
And for the most part it is a clean-up day here at the house. So besides spending time with my kids I will be cleaning house, cleaning out flower beds and raking leaves.
I will update the rest of my menu later. (At least if the Forum is accesible I will )
Later Gators

Kim | Hey Kim!
Thanks for popping in!
It really is amazing how T-Man takes pictures considering his age. We went camping this summer and to sorta keep him out of my hair while we were making supper I gave him my camera to take pics with. Those ended up being the ones that we kept! He just seems to have an eye for it.
It's kinda nice having someone else take the pics since I was the only one every taking them before.
Way to go for walking right by the Chocolate!!!!
I can't believe that your instructor was the one handing them out!
At the Y last night they had a bucket of candy there for the kiddies but I walked right by too!
It's just not worth it. I know you know what I mean about that.
Love your pic of the Ladybug in the Flower!
How did the hockey game go? I hope your son gets to feeling better soon. Had the same thing happen to my 16 yr old here recently. He dated a girl for about 9 months and right before school let out she broke up with him.
All in all it was probably for the best as neither of them have a car and how they thought they were going to see each other I don't know.
Well I got so much to do today so will chat at you later! |

Good luck with the pup! | Hey Yarmiah~
Thanks for dropping by!
The puppy is wonderful though a bit loud when she is crying.
Currently she is living in a pack and play that we no longer use for anything. She is so pathetic with the crying. Of course it doesn't help that the kids have been holding her non-stop since she came thru the door. So now she thinks that is the way it should be. LOL
I am not too wrapped up with the scale. I know that it will come down. I just thought it would be cool to actually make it to 200 by Halloween even though my original goal was Thanksgiving. Just seems like I was on track to make it you know.
So I know that I will get there just will be closer to my mini- goal date then I thought. LOL
Keep up all the good work that you have been doing!

Rep Power: 43 | | The game was GREAT we won 7-3, so I hope they keep it up!! My son ended up going to a concert with some friends, if you run by my diary I explained the whole thing in there, it was a very NICE evening.
Well today I bought a cake for one of my co-workers it's his 50th birthday, I haven't seen him yet, which leads me to believe he may not come in at all. UH OH!!! I'll still break open the cake for everyone else, I'll have a silver, as I don't' do cake often at all. It's chocolate/ice cream brownie or something like that. HAHAHAHA
Yeah, I found that pic and just loved the color in it. Since I don't' have any new AVI pictures to post, I thought I should do something. LOL LOL Great job on your pilates workout, you will feel so much better once you've been at it a few months, I love that class!
Well have a great rest of your week, I'll be out until Monday. CHOW GIRLIE!!
HUGS!

It's not like we don't have enough other movies to catch up on. We DVR them everytime they have a free weekend for Stars, Hbo, Cinemax....you get the idea.
Thanks for stopping by. | lol Well I can understand then how you didn't enjoy the movie as much. See, I hadn't known how the whole zodiac story ended so I thought it was good. lol.
I looooooooove it when we get the free preview weekends! Who do you have? I've got dish network but I know that direct tv does those weekends also. I'm not sure if cable does them but I don't think they do out this way.
:] Congrats on the new puppy! She sounds adoraaaaaaableeee!! I wish my dog wasn't such a grump, I'd love to have another one in the house.
Good luck with getting everything done around the house today. That's my least favourite part about fall.
