Ooh man! Just got back from a sweatin' walk with my dog! I'm not sure exactly how far (I will have to calculate it when I drive that way later.) But we walked for 67 min (and even jogged a little.) And got in over 11,000 steps on my pedometer! I need to go take my shower now....whew!

My doggie is a Schnoodle, cross between a Schnauzer and a Poodle. Supposed to be one of those cross-breeds where people pay the bucks. I got him from a rescue shelter. He's a cutie.

Looks like a good number is waiting for you on that scale tomorrow!!! You did great with all your exercises!!
Ps: Your dog is cute!!
Sorry I have been a little slacking on the diary visiting department, I am slammed at work and even busier at home. I have periods like that and usually everything calms down for a while.
Great work!! The third week is almost over!! just remembered I have to do my measurements too for inches lost tomorrow.
Have a great day!!

Just got done with my workout. I didn't do the pilates, but did the Yourself Fitness workout. It says I only burned 157 cals, but I think I burnt more than because I'm sweating for sure. Maybe there is a good reason my NN is Sweat-Pea! Ha!
Anyway, this is my last time on the forum today, I've got lots to get done. I also won't be around tomorrow too much (maybe an early, early morning post for my weigh-in). I am going out with the girls from church for our annual fall outing (yay another day to hang out with Bell!)

Yesterday we went to this historic site which in itself was pretty interesting - they showed the differences between the houses in 1836 and then in another setting at 1856. So that was neat, but then again it was a bit boring (for me.) It was good just to get out with friends though. Of course I kept poking fun at stuff and so don't know how many friends I have left.
I didn't eat any junk even though there was plenty around. It was a little disappointing that the regular restaurant wasn't serving food and that only the buffet side was open. I opted out of that and went down to the "festival" food. Well of course not much to choose from there, but I halved a 1/2 of a bbq sandwich with Bell and we watched out for each other so that we didn't eat any junk.
We walked most of the day except for the tram ride, but there was over 200 acres to cover, so I'm sure it was a good walk even though it was slow.
Got home late and so I didn't get online to check anything, plus I was tired.
Today I think I'm taking it easy. We have a church function tonight and I have to be good then too. That will be hard, but I will do it - 10 pts is a lot to throw away (for the challenge.)

HI SweatPea,
It must be awesome to have such support from Bell who is right there with you. You can motivate and watch out for each other.
Congrats on the 1/2 lbs loss. You deserved to see a loss you worked so hard for it this past week!!!
Keep it up and you will keep losing!! LOL

I guess my "news" this morning is that I'm drinking half n' half coffee... Half regular and half decaf!
Ok so that's not really news...LOL But dh can bring coffee home from the office. Usually it's starbucks, but they had these other brands as well this time around. So he brought home this package of decaf. It smelled pretty good, but I can't fathom drinking coffee just to drink it - I like the caffeine (I know, I know bad for healthiness...whatever! I read something new everyday, like this morning I saw an article about how coffee is good for your skin and helping to prevent skin cancer --- so there all you non-coffee drinkers!)
Anywho, the coffee is really good and tastey. It's got a nice flavor to it, even if I blended it with some caffeinated starbucks.
Well off to exercise - today is my half n' half day I guess. I will be on the elliptical for 20 min. then on to the treadmill to complete my workout.

"Half-Caf" is how I drink my coffee all the time now. After I had an issue a few years ago with heart palpitations, it was reccomended to cut back on caffeine (which I never really had ALOT of anyway), so its hlf/caf coffee and diet caffeinie free sodas when I drink em'.
Keep up the good work Sw'pea! I'm off to walk to school and hit the NT myself!
