Rep Power: 12 | | Hmmm...I'm intrigue by the scotch egg. How on earth DO you wrap an egg with a sausage. Interesting.
Good job on the Y membership. With the way you're going, you'll get a lot of use out of it!
Hope you had a wonderful monday! |

You'll have to see if they have open swim during the classes so that C-Man could swim while you exercise if he wanted to. |

Hope you had a wonderful monday! | I'm not sure about the egg thing. I was going to look up some recipes to see what they say. |

Rep Power: 12 | | Oooh I just looked up some recipes for them to see what they looked like. They do look good. Sounds like they're usually deep fried, but here's a baked recipe. It sounds good. I guess it isn't too deadly if you get low fat sausage. Baked Scotch Eggs Recipe |

I knew the ones we got weren't going to be deep fried because they really cook healthily for the kids. Which is a good thing for us too (except Friday pizza!) The ones we had were made with turkey sausage, but it really lacked flavor. I don't usually order the lunches, but I thought I'd give the scotch egg a try. If you try it, let me know what you think. |

If they have open swim does that mean that an adult has to be with him? He probably won't come this week though because his cousins are at his gma's and he's spending time with them -- especially since he gets tomorrow and Friday off (parent/teacher conferences.) But I don't, I have to do "daycare" tomorrow and Friday. |

Rep Power: 26 | | Well last night I might have whooped my own booty, but tonight I got my booty handed to me on a plate by Bella's trainer. Man she might be cute, but she's mean when it comes to training.
She said I will feel it Sat., but I'm already feeling it and will feel it tomorrow and Sat. as well!
My total exercise for today was 85 min. - 10 min. walking at school and 75 min. at the gym tonight. Total exercise for 5th week of challenge: 405 min. (6 hrs 45 min.) |
