Ok first rule of playing hookie: Do not get a sunburn!
I don't know how, but I've only got it on one arm! I met Bell at the park, we sat there for awhile then took a walk. Well sure enough my left arm is glowing a nice red color.
Here's my sign:

Great job on the exercise. I read that your are seeing a PT. I have been seeing one too and I can relate to the "torture" you are experiencing, lol. Jumping in and out of taped lines on the floor may not seem like much to some but I know it's hell, especially when you have a trainer yelling at you to get those jumps higher
PS, I've always thought your current avatar is very pretty

Hi Sam,
Thanks for stopping by. And thanks for the compliment.
She didn't yell at me to jump higher for the taped squares (though I had trouble with balance during that station), but she did make me pick up the pace when I was trying to slow down (I wanted to do a fast walk, she wanted me to at least jog.) So then, I passed her up.

Today I got in a walk at the park with Bell, I believe we walked for at least 20 min. I also worked out on the elliptical. But I think I waited too long to get on. I only got in 30 min. I was just too tired to keep going. I guess I need Bell to be here to tell me to keep going! LOL
Exercise total: 360 min.

Sounds like I am going to have to come over to your house and crack a whip over the top of ya! Just kidding!!!
You do a great job at the Y and I am sure that you do just as well at home.
Hope you have a great weekend!

Why would you need to crack the whip? I think I had to get the whip out on you a few times the other day! LOL
My thighs are sore, so I know I worked at least one machine good enough. I think I need to definitely go slower on the dead lifts as this time around I'm not feeling it.

Tell me that there is other stuff going on in your life, besides the exercise! (Not there is much time for anything else, 435 min SHEESH!
Awesome workouts! Keep up the great work and have a great weekend!
Well yeah, work.. LOL
I work from 8-4, then come home, make dinner, get online (or go exercise -- or vice versa), get a shower, then go to bed. That's pretty much it.
The only difference was that last night after work some of the girls from work got together (we invited the guys, but none showed.) We went to Banditos (I'm sorry, but that is one sad excuse for Mexican food.) I had a taco salad - and usually you can't mess that up, but it was a sad, sad dish to be called a taco salad. They should've just called it a salad w/ a little bit of beef on top. Oh and the "queso" was like velveeta....Blah! The other thing was that I'm not a drinker and our tables was "in the bar". So everyone but me drank alcohol. I mean it's not like they made me feel bad about it or anything, but I've got my own issues regarding alcohol and was kinda sad to think that that's what "getting" together constitutes.
Anyway, came home, sat down, watched some tv, and read a mag. Then went to bed. Such is my life.
I need to clean today because I don't have anything else planned.
Oh yesterday I did get in 2 hrs of cleaning at school - physical labor so I'm counting it as my exercise as I was sweating! And, I did a lot of scrubbing, etc.

Tomorrow will be the last day I get in actual exercise (or specific to weight loss) until Sat. I'm going on a trip with my youngest son to Gatlinburg, TN with his class. We will be gone from Tues. thru Fri. I know that Tues is out for exercise due to riding on the "bus" all day long, as well as Fri. (the return.) Wed. we're going to an Aquarium and some other stuff. Thurs. we will be hiking and site-seeing in a cave. So, I know I will get some exercise thru the hiking and walking thru the cave, but other than that - no "planned" exercise.
Exercise so far this week: 2 hrs. 30 min.

Hey Sweetpea.....hope you have a fun "field trip." The hiking sounds like fun and I'm sure it'll be great exercise!
I've kind of given up on drinking too so it's always hard when we go out to dinner, esp a "happy hour" type place. I have a hard time watching everyone feel the need to drink. Oh well, I gave up on it mainly b/c I gained a bunch of weight drinking it. Not sure if I'll ever really start drinking again. I know how you feel though!
