I do that almost everyday and there are certainly times that journal is what keeps me from eating poorly..... i know ill have to log that later... and i just dont want to write that info in there!!!! hahaha |

At 1:08am, I don't know how easy it will be for me to wake up early for the gym, but I am definitely going to attempt to do it. I even have everything out for the gym that I will need. All that is missing is filling up my water bottle.
I haven't gone to any water aerobics classes yet, because I have had plans on both Tuesday and Thursday so, I want to go tomorrow. I will be nervous tomorrow going into the class, so lets see if I can overcome that. lol.
Right now it is very late, and I want to wake up early tomorrow... not to mention that I have a ton of chores and laundry to do tomorrow before work later that night.

Rep Power: 59 | | I went to the gym today. 20 minutes on the bike, 10 minutes on the treadmill, 15 minutes in the pool.
This is was the first time I went to the gym in a while, and it felt so damn great! I am so relaxed right now. I am going to try and make some time for nice gym sections at least 3 days a week, preferably 5 or 6 days a week.
Running makes me feel so great, I really just need motivation to go longer and longer. And I'm getting into biking too. When I used to ride a bike, I HATED how awful and strained my legs would be, and now my legs are getting stronger and I like that I can go harder and harder and for longer and longer each time.
I need to work on some strength training at the gym, but I am nervous because I do not know how to use the equipment. One day that the gym is dead, I will explore the machines and that may I might not be so insecure.
I'm really trying to work on my self confidence, and today I conquered swimming by myself, and using the showers in the gym. (Stupid? Maybe. Probably. But those are things I just didn't feel comfortable doing before.) Joining the gym was a huge accomplishment for me... and I'm getting better and better. I love the gym. I still have 2 and a half years of this cheap price, so I will take advantage of it as much as I can.
I have to leave for work in 2 hours, so I am going to get some chores done, and some work "homework" so I can remember the menu for when I start cooking on Tuesday morning. |

Rep Power: 59 | | Hi everyone! I will make a point to get to all of your journals as soon as I can. I'm in in the middle of a crazy work week, and I'm trying to get to the gym and get through my weird schedule with healthy eating. Healthy eating has been BAD, but I went to the gym yesterday, and that I am proud of.
I have a lot to do this week, and I've already planned that Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and possibly Saturday are the best days for me to go to the gym.
My major thing I need to work on right now is getting less sleep... or rather... waking up earlier. This noon crap is not helping me get things done!
At the gym today... my bathing suit is still wet from yesterday, and I didn't do any wash... so no swimming for me today. I will do some treadmill, some biking, and maybe another piece of equipment of I'm feeling daring. Then I'll shower at the gym, come home, and get some more stuff done before work. |

Rep Power: 59 | | Thanks for stopping by everyone! I haven't been around for a while because I've been working full time, and weird-ass hours, so I am ALWAYS tired, and there's not much time to do anything. I joined the support challenge 'Relly started, and set a few weekly goals for myself.
I haven't eaten much today, so even though its late I think I am going to have something else. I went to Panera for dinner (first time I ate today) and instead of getting a half soup/half sandwich I substituted the sandwich for a YUMMY 200 calorie half Caesar Salad. Then I came home and had a small ice cream cone. lol... what a waste. But, I don't care.... every second is a new one. I took a nap for an hour, and then went to the gym for an hour. I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, and 30 on the bike. Burned 410 calories or something close to that.
I have Thursday and Friday off this week, so I will (hopefully) go the gym for a while on Friday morning.
While trying to concentrate on losing weight, I am forced to admit that it is not the top of my priority list to exercise my hardest and drop the pounds. I am concentrating on work, saving money, taking some "me" time to relax and read a book at night. And choosing healthy stuff to add to my life. So... I suppose health is still in there, but I can't find time to spend so much time at the gym. If I don't have some relaxing time, I will break from how busy I am.
Promise to update more often! lol. |

my cell phone died in the middle of the night so I didn't wake up until really late... too late for the gym. Saturday and Sunday I don't have enough time to go to the gym, so I might go on some walks in the morning before or after work.
Right now I am trying to concentrate on work, health, money, and chores. Its hard. Oh boy, is it hard. I will get to it all eventually. lol, it takes time to get used to it all.
And for right now I am going to clean up and do some laundry for work that I have all day Saturday and Sunday. |

Rep Power: 59 | | | Dan's father has another brain tumor. We don't know, well, anything about it. Just that it is more progressive this time than it was the last, and we are waiting for a doctor's call to tell us when the surgery will be. They GUESSED sometime in August. He has to go on disability.
I am seriously concentrating on my health, but I also need to work on budgeting (because with the only REAL money maker in the family going on disability in a short amount of time... they are going to need as much help from me and dan as possible) and I need to make time for helping around the house... yard work and stuff.
Lets just say my schedule is going to get even more hectic, and I need to make time for a lot more things now. Daily and hourly schedules, now its a must. I want to be the helper now, and make sure everyone else can take it easy. Its going to be a stressful couple months. |
