Rep Power: 59 | | So I have had a HORRIBLE breakfast and lunch.
Breakfast: 375 cal of Mac and Cheese.
Lunch: 580 cal of 2 hotdogs and buns, and 100 cal bag of pop corn.
I don't have to worry about being low on calories today!!!
I don't know if this is possible.. But I want to fit into my size 13's by the end of the halloween challenge. (I'm a size 15 now. SO 1 pants size might be doable. )
I wish I could do it for my 19th birthday... but thats on 10/13... and I"m not sure if I can do that. I will be getting lots of exercise at work tonight. I have to run around the store a lot.
Anyways... I know my food was bad today... but I will not gain weight. And never again will I have a 1am snack. *shakes head* I'm disappointed in myself. I hope to be back in Onederland by tomorrow. Completely doable.
I'm going to work in just 10 minutes, and I am going to hang up my pair 13's somewhere that I won't forget how important that goal is to me. ANd I can't forget to drink a lot of water today. I've only had 1 bottle.. I need like 3 more to keep up my pace.
NO loss of motivation here! |

Rep Power: 59 | | Thank you tammy! I think I"ll be outdoors less... well maybe the same... because I have school, then work, then yadda yadda yadda.
TOmorrow I am going to school at 8am. (leave the house at 7:15) and then RIGHT after work I am going to the dollar store and buying a pedometer, and then I'm off to work. I guess that may be a good thing because I am busy... which means no time for snacking.
I still have to do my 30 minutes of DDR. I need to figure out how many steps I should be taking a day. I will wear it everywhere, and at the end of the day I'll see exactly how much I walk.
Tomorrow's Food:
Breakfast: Yogurt and granola bar (190 cal)
Lunch: 25 grapes...(75 cal) and maybe something from the school caf)
Dinner: Salad.
I know cal's are low... but there's nothing I can really do about it. I don't have much time tomorrow.
Well, I'm off to bed. I've had enough of today. |

Rep Power: 59 | | I have a goal of 10,000 steps per day. No matter what I have to do. 10,000 is considered active. So If I have a number associated with how much exercise I should be doing.. that is great. (tomorrow when I get my pedometer.. it will be half way through my day already, so I will aim for 5,000)
Well... again. Now I'm going to sleep. |

Rep Power: 89 | | Pedometers are cool. I got one at Target for a buck. Wore it for three days and then it fell off my pants, hit the floor and broke..lol. So that was the end of that.lol. Mine made a clicking noise everytime it logged a step. It was kinda funny and slightly irritating at the same time. Then my dad got me another one the other week. I still haven't taken it out of it's package. Maybe I should..lol
I wouldn't be at all concerned about the hot dog and mac and cheese. It'll be good for your metabolism after the low cal days you've been having. Don't use lack of time as an excuse for not eating enough/well. You just need to plan ahead a bit. I have to do this myself, or I'd either eat nothing at all, or tons of crap..lol. |

Rep Power: 8 | | Hi Brandy. You're doing really well! I like the idea of having a pedometer, so you can know how much exercise you're doing while walking around at work. Sounds like your job is very active, so it should totally count |

Rep Power: 59 | | Thank you everyone for stopping by. Thank you for the support. I'm not really in the best mood today. I'm extremely disappointed in myself for no eating healthy 2 days in a row. I am eating so HORRIBLY that I don't even want to discuss it. If I don't have support on my decisions... its hard for me. ANd I hate that. So, I'm stopping it. I got the pedometer. But I also called into work tonight because I just didn't feel like going. What the hell is wrong with me? I want to go out for a walk, but its too dark outside. I want to hook up a VCR... or TRY to, and do an exercise video. I can do some strength training... but I'm not sure. I don't feel like sitting down much longer because I feel so crappy about myself today. I had a quick glimpse at Onederland, and it disappeared again. I know I can do it though. I know I can. I'm just failing today. Right now I will go find some sort of exercise to do, I REALLY don't want to sit around. I hate this feeling.
Tomorrow WILL be better. |

Rep Power: 43 | | Start now Brandy. Think what is the best thing you can do for your health and weight loss right now and do that. Choose a healthy pleasure if you possibly can. If necessary just give yourself the power to stay calm and do nothing till you eat a healthy breakfast. Patience works. You deserve to give yourself the patience that's needed for your rewards. You're entitled. Take care. |

I just went out and bought a Yoga DVD. I've never tried yoga... but I've always wanted to take a class. It also came with a motivation audio CD. So I think I might listen to that, and then try out some YOGA. YAY. |

Rep Power: 59 | | I did the audio cd. And I haven't done the video because I need to find something for the little boxes to lean on. I will find them for the morning. It was only 20 minutes long, but I think it calmed me down, gave me a lot of motivation, and put me in a good mood. So, I am planning out my entire day for tomorrow.
Wake up- 7:00 am.
Wake up yoga video
Breakfast- Peach Yogurt (100) and a bottle of water (16.0 oz... 0 cal)
Shower
Beautify myself
Leave for work at 10:40 am.
Work from 11:00-3:00 pm. Break: snack: 1 low fat granola bar (90 cal) (I will try to drink 2 16.9 oz water bottles)
Home at 3:30pm.
Lunch: apple, ham sandwich. 1 bottle of water.
Exercise: 50 minute yoga video. 1 bottle of water
Homework
Dinner: Some sort of protein and a vegetable. 1 bottle of water
More homework
Snack: 1 bag of popcorn- 100 cal.
Bedtime by: 10:30pm.
I think that sounds like an amazing day. Hopefully I will be able to squeeze in 10,000 steps.
Tonight I want to try to go to bed NO LATER then 11pm. I think it might be closer to 10-10:30.
I am going to try and get some more homework done. I have a lot to do.
Goodnight! |

Rep Power: 89 | | | Sorry you've been having a rough time of it these last few days. Looks like you're back on track though. I think planning ahead like you've done for tomorrow (today by the time you read this..lol) is a great thing. I find that I'm most likely to fall off the wagon food and exercise-wise when I haven't planned--especially when I'm busy. | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
