Rep Power: 59 | | Thanks Michelle. Its a great idea to contribute something healthy to the meal. Maybe I will make some sweet potatoes instead of having only regular mashed potatoes??
I was 204.8 this morning! And seriously, earlier in the week I was seeing 208's and one day a 209 on the scale... like a round Sunday and monday....because I just stopped caring. I'm proud to see that number.
I have a lot to do today, specifically picking up a birthday cake and present for Dan's father; homework, and a lot of cleaning. I might have my sister sleep over tomorrow night, because she is going to sleep over December 23rd to 24th; and I want to make sure she is ok with it. I like spending time with her. Its so cute...because she told me yesterday that she wants to be just like me. And it made me SOOOOOO happy to hear that.
I need to do major laundry, vacuuming, dusting, dishes, and cleaning out of my car!
Well, I have all day, so I better get started. I might now have enough time to do everything! lol. |

Rep Power: 59 | | Hmmm... the past few days haven't been the BEST food wise, and pretty much completely lacking of any decent exercise. My weekends never go that great. I went on a brisk walk today, but it was only for like 15 minutes. Food was good calorie wise. I've been releasing some built up stress by playing a video game. I should replace it with exercise. lol. But my week is pretty much busy with all my priorities... so I bet I will have a new low on Friday's weigh in. I'm hoping to see a 202. *crosses fingers* I need to prioritize my time this week. I have a lot of things I want to accomplish. Well... Here is to a productive week! |

I finally had a good one, and it should get better from here (other than a certain Thursday in the near future).

Rep Power: 59 | | Yesterday didn't go too great... but not bad either. I really need to work on exercise. I have an accountabuddy on sparkpeople. We check in with each other daily about food and exercise, and make personal challenges to each other. The challenge right now is to get 30 minutes of exercise a day. I started off today with a container of yoplait light strawberry yogurt, but I didn't finish it. For lunch I think I am going to have a salad, and a slice of meatloaf from dinner last night. I am hoping to get in a 30 minute walk. I definitely have time today, so it shouldn't be a problem.
For right now, I woke up WAY too early, and I'm going to take a nap so I have some energy for the rest of the day. |

Rep Power: 89 | | Congrats on the 204.8! I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for the next weigh in.
I love my stationary bike, and it burns calories like nobody's business. I hope you can get one in a few months. I bought mine new in 2002 and paid around $150 for it. I know lots of people buy exercise equipment and then sell it when it's barely been used b/c it ends up being a place to hang clothes rather than for its intended purpose..lol. So you should be able to pick up a decent one for a good price. |

Rep Power: 23 | | Hope you are getting some rest. That is cool about the accountability partner on Sparkpeople. That's a good thing to have. I hope it's keeping you motivated! 30 minutes is totally doable. I swear half the battle is just getting out there to do it! After that it's easy Hope you have a great day today!! |

Rep Power: 59 | | Hormones are evil things. lol. NO... not time for TOM quite yet. I just get random mood swings for no reason... and they can be a bit extreme sometimes. *deep breath* Anyways... I did well calorie wise today, very well. But no exercise. My mood has been all over the place, and so has my mind. I need to get myself moving... seriously. I should take the rest of this week and this weekend to catch up with simple chores that need to get done. I could give my room a good cleaning, I have plenty of homework to do, and projects are starting to accumulate as it is going into the ending weeks of the semester, and I need to apply for some jobs. And of course... I need to exercise. I have been very stressed today thinking too much about the future... so I need to cut that out. The past is history, and the future is a mystery... but today is a gift- which is why they call it the present.
I went to my mom's house tonight to watch The Biggest Loser... and for any of you who watch it... I can't believe Amy voted Coleen off... what a STUPID move. STUPID. But Coleen looked DAMN GOOD when they showed what she looked like now! |

Rep Power: 23 | | Good Morning Brandy! Sorry moods are getting to you. I have mood swings too. Being a girl really sucks sometimes.
I saw BL too and I totally understand why Amy did that. I loved Coleen and was very sad to see her go but if Amy had voted Vicky off then she would have had an even harder time. She has to do what's best for her and getting the blue teams trust back is what's the best..... well at least I think. Vicky is freaking crazy!! Just have to hope she falls below the yellow line again!! She is such an ugly person. If she, Heba or Ed won I would be very sad! grrrrrr. See how bitter I am lol
I hope you have a good day today and congrats on the good calories yesterday. Just take it a day at a time. If you don't get exercise that is ok. Your calories being good will make up for that. Just keep working!! |

Rep Power: 59 | | Why can't I completely manage my food???? Calories have been good, but the food hasn't! Neither has the exercise. I've been incredibly stressed out. I hate my job with the passion right now. My boss is a flaming bitch from hell. And I deserve much better then to work there for minimum wage at a job that I am very good at. And I have a lot of homework and projects due for class as well.... so pretty much I just want to sit on the couch and do pretty much nothing. Today I am picking up my sister and we are going to play together for a little while. I'm sure I'll be running around with her and such, so I'll get some sort of exercise today. I had a slice of pumpkin bread and a glass of milk for breakfast. Lunch is going to be a turkey sandwich I think. I am sick of the rut that I am in. Everything will be ok once my school semester is done with, and I can find a job that pays better. Then I won't have to worry about projects until late January; and I will be able to catch up on my bills. Life is so complicated right now. It always is, and it always will be. I just want to be more "comfortable" in it. This entry sounds so sulky. But I'm really not sulking at all. I am quite happy, I just have a lot on my mind.
Tomorrow's weigh in the for November monthly challenge isn't going to be good at all. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday were HORRIBLE eating days. Then monday, tuesday, and wednesday were bad food but ok calorie days. This morning I weighed 208! Tomorrow I can't see myself weighing less then 206; which means I gained at LEAST 2 pounds this week. I can do better. I will do better. I will figure my stuff out. |

Rep Power: 53 | | Breathe deep sweetness, breathe deep! let it out. My November challenge hasn't been much to write home about either. Oh well, why stress about it? Lets move forward.
Here, have another
As far as the boss thing is concerned, I guess there is a fine line between sucking it up, and being taken advatage of. Only you can make the call on that, but you have to weigh everything ... including the economy right now... |

Rep Power: 59 | | Cabbie: I will not quit until I have another job. I am being taken advantage of, but what can I do?? I have to be an adult ( ) and do what I have to do. Thanks for the hugs.
207 today. yuck. I pretty much did NO exercise this week. Dan went to work, and usually when he goes to work for the night, that is my time to be productive. Tonight my list includes a variety of chores and obligations. lol. I need to do my nutrition homework (2 assignments), make a menu for my "restaurant" (a have an assignment in sanitation/facilities planning to make blueprints for a restaurant.), a 50 minute work out of Tae Bo that I found on youtube, and then taking a shower to relax.
Tae Bo looked pretty fun, so I decided to try it out tonight. Work tomorrow morning. 8 to 2 I think. I will suck it up. Then Sunday morning I will be applying to Panera Bread. |

Rep Power: 59 | | I don't have too long to update because I have to leave for work in 30 minutes. But yesterday I got only 15 minutes of Tae Bo worked in to my schedule because something came up, and I just never got back to it. I hope to get some in tonight because it felt great. Took out a lot of stress, and put me in a good mood. But I have a TON of homework to catch up on. I am working 8 to 12 today I believe unless she asks me to stay until 2. After that I have to come home and rake leaves. Then Dan goes to work, and I get to doing homework. :/ If I start right away on it, I should have time for some exercise later. Worse case scenario I will just go on a walk. This week is going to be a better week. I swear it will. It has to. | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
