well i'm new on here, and i thought i would start my weight loss journal. i started my diet on mon aug. 13th. and so far so good, i lost 10 pounds, I ate 3 meals and 2 snacks today, and did 3 miles on the stationary bike. my calorie count for today was 1232. so i am right on track. I even passed up mc donalds when my husband and kids ate there for dinner, So i definalty get a star for today well i'll write more later...bye
Good for you for passing on McDonald's!! Just remember that we all have to have a "cheat day" every now and then or we start to feel deprived - and that's when it gets hard to maintain.
I am soo happy, today i tried on a pair of pants that i couldn't button before, and i buttoned them with no problem at all.. i am so excited...i am soo going to do this, this time...i am so tired of all the excuses, and the "oh, why can't i look like her" type of thinking...as long as i stay on track...i will be the one that people look at and say " why can't i look like her" well today i did some weight training, and 25 mins on the treadmill. i feel great!! although my ab muscles are killing me..but i love that!! well i'll keep you posted on how i am doing..
