Oh man, red beer- bout the only way I WILL drink beer now- is plain ole beer of your choice(mine is good old bud light) with either clamato(MY fav) or tomato juice. Think its called bloody beer other places, but we of ye ole class call it red beer lol. HA! Glad to know that I wasn't the only one iether!!!!!

This week is MOST DEFINATELY not one of my better ones. Bleh. Friday and Saturday- ZEROS. Sunday- 1 for cardio, Monday, 1 for weights. Bleh. I need to pick it up a notch.. Wonder why its such a shitay week? Next week I'm shootin for alllll 21 points, but right now I just feel like I'm in a funk weird.
I'm having such a bad week!! I think I haven't been sleeping enuf, then by the time I go to the gym I'm so beat that I don't even care.. Horrible. I'm shooting for three lbs next week, hoping for more, but I WILL make that minimum goal of 3, dammit! This is a short post, but I need to get to bed.. Its hard to deal with skinny people who need diet pills all the time when you wanna sleep, lol.
get to sleep on time woman! lol Eh I know personally if I don't sleep well the night before my whole day is shot. As for the pep slap....give me a few pages to read then I'll get comfy enough for a slap lol
It's alright Jess... I think all the Hooters have had a (somewhat) hard week. SO... finish up the best you can and we'll rack up some major points and weight loss next week!

Holy hell... I earned like 4points this week, and GAINED a pound. I know that I sorta fizzled this week, and I am personally guarenteeing that next week will be better, but shit! I feel sooo bad for screwing the hooters this week. AND for screwing myself. I might not have been losing huge amounts of weight, but I was eating great and working hard to be where I wanna be, and I screwed THAT up this week too! This week is a nice easy water challenge, so that one I know I'll get all seven points on. I am ALSO hoping that everyone else is feelin the challenge better this week(week6) cuz I know that there was a bit of animosity here and there. I need this challenge to stay focused, so everyone lets kick some ass, work out, eat great, and drink some water!

Don't worry about the pound!!! Quit beating yourself up, hop back on track and whip it out with some water. One pound is nothing, maybe it was water weight, maybe you ate a little too much salt the day before, maybe your scale was just being rude. It could be any of those. haha I know you are a hard worker (from what I missed this past week you were on top of it!) so just stick with it!!!!
