Rep Power: 28 | | Oook. So, TOMORROW IS A NEW FRIGGIN DAY! I've been "cheating" like crazy for quite a while, and I'm damn sick and tired of it. I wore some jeans out last night that I wore in Vegas, and they felt SNUGGGG. Not cool. And, its my own fault. I cannot go backwards like this, its pointless to be stuck on the same cycle of weight loss over and over again when I could just stick to my guns and do what I've been doing for the last six months. I'm charging my palm pilot, and I will count every damn calorie that comes close to my face, I will write down every single exercise that I do, and I will be damn sure that I make NO excuse for myself EVER AGAIN!  I feel good about my little rant. I actually BELIEVE it right now... |

I've only found like three bars that aren't to bad, but even if I wanted to eat em, shit- can't afford it hahaha! neverending cycle..
SOOOO, hopefully tomorrow I will report a killer workout  | OMG....i've read the same thing on the back of those labels for those bars! You really do have to watch which ones you eat and which ones you don't!
....Don't worry little bear about the GYM, it happens to us all...but I do know how you feel!!

Gym time was a tiny bit short tonight: 38min crosstrainer, 2.29miles, thats it  but, it was my sisters birthday, and we made dinner at home~ unfortunately NOT able to completely count calories because of that, but I ended up somewhere around 1750  A good decent number, I think. Just gotta make sure the rest of the week goes the same! Shouldn't be an issue, FINALLY!!!
Off to bed, will check on everyone tomorrow! |

It works for me. |

Did NOT go to the gym, but I actually used my stair stepper at home for 30min- my legs are killing me! Butttt in a good way, lol. The only reason I didn't go to the gym was the fact that we got dumped on with snow today- 8inches, and its reallllly icy. My car does not handle ice well; I was trying to leave the mall parking lot, but the damn exit is on a slight hill, annnd my car just kept sliding backwards! It took me probably ten minutes just to get the hell outta there. Yuck. Hate snow. I can handle the cold, no problem, but really, alll this snow?! Montana HAS been a little spoiled this year so far tho- we had one crazy snowstorm back in October, and haven't had any since. We usually get snow before Halloween, and don't see grass till March  time to suck it up, I guess! |

But I hear ya, about the car taking the beating ...I can IMAGINE...Good for you for getting on that MACHINE!!! Yaaa.....and don't WORRY ....nothing can hold you back!!! LOL!!

Rep Power: 28 | | Ohhhh man. Saturday night I think I swallowed a liquor store. Seriously... umm, yeah, I'm pretty sure I drank my body weight in booze. Aweful! Needless to say, Sunday I sat around in pajamas and watched tv. No workouts. Not much food either, lol! Monday, went to a friends apt. complex and we used the little mini gym in it- SHITTY. No joke, the elliptical didn't work, the bike looked like it was gonna fall over, and the treadmill, HA! I don't even knowwww what to say bout that piece of machinery. Workout was not the greatest, but I was back at my own WONDERFUL gym Tuesday night, annnd its gonna stay that way
hope everyone is doing good- the forum has been a little quiet lately! |

I too have known what it feels like to drink their weight in alcohol, I used to do it on a biweekly basis. I feel like in college, we didn't ever drink, we binge drank. So unhealthy, especially when it was time to study. haha I hope you are feeling better after your night of fun! I'll stay in touch, I missed coming on here!!!!! |

I think you and I are almost in the same posistions. I just cant make myself go to the gym this week.... Ive come down with a really bad nose/throat thing (due to shoveling I bet!!!) and Ive used that as an excuse all week. I will go to the gym tomorrow and saturday though cuz Im supposed to be going to my first holiday party of the year on Sunday and its for a bunch of bartenders so yea...you can see whats going to happen already....i for see a puking ashley... ahh well maybe not...maybe if i keep telling myself "you have to weigh in on monday" maybe ill be able to keep it in check then.
Other than all that mess I hope you are doing well and you have a great day tomorrow. See Ya.
