My first day WAS pretty good Food was right on calorie wise, tho the workout was a little rough I walked 15min on the treadmill first, then did 30min on the crosstrainer. BLEH! Holy cow. I used to be able to do 1.5hours or MORE on the crosstrainer, and honestly, I wanted to quit after bout 10 min. Eh. It'll get better
I also spent four hours taking apart and throwing in the dumpster a 300lb waterbed frame.... my arms are feelin it, but I'm not counting that towards the numbers, lol. Hoping for a better workout tonight. Need a better one
Great workout! I'm the same way! I was running insane amounts before Christmas, and now I can barely stay on the bike for longer than 40 minutes. LAME.
Awesome with the eating and the workout!! And I know what you mean about what you used to be able to do.. like 5 years ago I know thats a LONG TIME AGO!! but I could like 5 miles and really not be that tired.. wow why did I ever stop..lol My workouts have been kicking my booty.. I didn't realize I was that outta shape oh well I'm changing it now!! Anyways hope day 3 is even better!!

I use to be able to be on the elliptical for like 1.5 hrs plus and pump out abt 15 - 17 miles a session, now I cant even ride the recumbrant bike longer than 10 mins, lol!
Here's to us take names int eh 6 weeks challenge and getting in to fabulous shape this year!

Only had one bad day of food so far- the other night my sister ordered pizza and I ate FOUR pieces. Gross. Well, no, it was delicious, but after I ate it I just sat there and thought, WHAT THE HELL!! Sooo I tried to workout pretty hard to make up for it
Tonight and tomorrow are my nights off from the gym, and I'm freakishly relieved even tho I've only been working out for a few days... sadddd. Sundays are my days off of work, so I think maybe I'll try to make those hard workout days- super long and intense. I can do it
