Hey girlfriend, 3 lbs down in the challenge and sitting nicely! I missed hearing your crazy intense workout stories and commenting on the insanity of it all, but I'm back to stay!

I got my computer fixed (Geek Squad + Dell = Geniuses? fact) and am back on here and ready to rumble! I'm sorry about your long draining week, it is the week 3 blues everyone is going through them. Today starts a new week and we'll just whip out the old fashioned gung-ho quality we all have inside of us!!!!!!

Nah, I'm still here! Eating good, working out, just really don't feel like being online anymore... I jump on now and again to make sure everyone else is doing good, but eh. I just feel like I'm in a funk; usually working out makes me feel a little better, but it just seems like I feel worse and worse every day. blah. I'll get better eventually.

I am feeling that too!! I'm glad to hear you are hanging in there too. We'll get through this girl!!

Stay strong. Only a few more weeks left for this challenge. It's going by sooo fast!!

I'm in a funk too. I don't really want to spend the time I normally did on here, but I'm trying to work my way out of it! It sucks! Keep up the working out and diet, that is what matters!!

Guesssss whooo?!!! lol. Yeahhh, been a while, I'm aware... The last few months I've just been in this crazy funk where I didn't wanna do a damn thing. I was in the six week challenge, and I DID it, but man, my heart was most definately not in it However, sometime in the last week or two the funk has TOTALLY lifted; I don't feel all depressed(or depressing, haha!), tired, and I'm not separating myself from other people anymore. It could be because I've actually started taking my vitamins again, I dunno. Whatev. Point is, I'm back on the wagon, and I'm pretty happy about it
Anyway, I'm going to be back on here more often again, I've missed everyone!

A month later. wooowwww. Still been doing pretty well; bought a bike, went for a ride yesterday and DAMN. My butt hurts, lol!! It was very refreshing tho I'm still my normal non-funky self(sounds like I just discovered deodarant,haha!), just been working a TON, going to the gym, and still going out one day on the weekends to have a good time.
Hope everyone is well, I reallllly plan on being on here more often (again) and will check up on everyone

TOM this week, bleh haven't worked out at ALLLLLL because of it, tho I know that working out is good for cramps and all that jazz... I'll be back to it on Sunday tho!
The girl I've been working out with is super frustrating, not gonna lie. She's like seventy, mayyybe even eighty pounds less than me, and she doesn't even try to push herself... Its so annoying to me! 18 minutes into our cardio she says shes tired and shes done. Jeez. I get to the gym half hour before her, and end up staying at least half hour longer than her! Sometimes I just wanna scream, because it seems like the people who have the whole skinny thing going for them don't deserve it, ya know? I work ten times harder and lose ten times less. GRRRRRR.
Lol, k, rant over, be back tomorrow

So, its 7:30pm and I just got done eating some fooood... but I'm a bit freaked out cuz I'm about 300cals from the total daily I can have, and I feel like I'm starving!!! GAA! I'm doing as much as humanly possible to prevent myself from going overboard... its tuff man. I knnow I probably need to drink some water or something- that whole if you feel hungry maybe your just thirsty bit, lol, but I feel like I've been pouring water down my throat allll day! Gonna beat this! Can't pig out. NOT gonna pig out.

Hey beautiful lady, I'm glad to see you are back and hitting it again. Ooh, and you bought a bike too, my favorite! I do love to do a good bike ride (one of those few cardio exercises that I don't feel like I'm shameful at). Has the butt soreness dissipated yet? Yeah it happens to all of us...

Haha! Yeah, the butt's gotten used to the whole bike riding thing finally The weather has been great here, so riding bike has actually been a lotta fun.

SO- last night wasn't a terrible waste of calories- I did eat just a little over what I should have, but I'm very happy to say that I resisted a lot of the temptations that I normally have. I made myself a big protein shake and got a pack of my 100cal Milanos(SERIOUSLY?? those are good, but a big joke! 2 cookies-TINY cookies- per pack. PSH.) and made it a treat haha.

Tonights gonna be another great night, ha! I'm going to a bachlorette party, litttttle worried. Have only had like 3 glasses of wine in the last 3 weeks, haven't been going out at all- and I really don't wanna drink or eat a lot tonight either. I'm going to MN for vacation(lots of family there), and I'm leaving June 12th, so I plan on being as diligent as possible till then. I know that it being so close, that I really don't have a lot of chance to lose a lot of weight, but I wanna do as much as possible till then.

Anyways, off to work. Wooooo.

Didn't do tooooo terribly bad at the bach.party last night- had a few extra cals, but nothing over the top Today, I went to applebees and had half an orange chicken bowl and a piece of pie. Eh. Probably a lot of cals, but I didn't eat a lot this morning, so it's all good. Back to the regular no eating out schedule tomorrow tho!
