Rep Power: 25 | | Soooo... Had a pretty fun new years eve, drank a LOT, had a lot of fun, then puked in someones car, ouch. I feel really bad about that. Before I even started drinking tho, I friggin twisted my knee or something... I did this a few years ago to the same knee, and I had pulled a ligament, so I have this really ugly friggin brace the dr. made me wear for like six weeks. Damn, it hurt SOOO bad today, its not even funny! Work is gonna be hard cuz I walk around my store a lot. AND- the only real cardio I know of to do is swimming. I'm gonna call one of the personal trainers I know and see if theres not something else I could do, but wow. what luck.. |

Rep Power: 25 | | Knee is better, still a little stiff, but I talked to a pt and he said to give it a week before doing cardio... THis is my week I guess! I was SUPPOSE to go to the gym last night, well- I didn't make it. HOWEVER, I do have a little stair stepper, so I did twenty minutes on there.. Not a ton, but it was done and that made me pretty happy. Did some more tonight, and I think that I'm gonna try to do at least fifteen to twenty minutes on that in the mornings, then do my regular workouts at night. Food was fine until bout the time I got off work tonight, then I ate to much

Rep Power: 8 | | | good to hear the knee is getting better! Take it easy on that till it feels 100% last thing you need is to re-injure it or something. Also good to hear food was good. I had a hard time at the store last night lol so many samples and such. But I refrained from getting anything awful for me.

Been to the gym THREE NIGHTS IN A ROW!! Yay, I'm so proud of myself... I found someone who will go with me- she really can't say no cuz since I still kinda work at the gym anyone who goes with gets in for free, lol. How do you say no to free?? Anyway, yeah, so its obviously been a wee bit since I have been in the gym,and it is AMAZING at how fast you lose your endurance!! Back when I worked out alllll the time, I could do an hour, hour and a half on the ellipticals and then do a few on the stair mill, but wow, twenty minutes has been my max this week, and that is honestly me pushing myself. My calves seem to hurt reallllly bad this time a round, I think I may not be stretching good enuf or something, cuz it HURTS, lol. I am glad to finally get back in there tho, I missed it...
My food tho. Oh man, I really need to get my friggin calories under control. It seems like I'll be fine until the very end of the night, and I just pig out! DOn't know what the deal is, I don't get it. I may hafta do meal replacement shakes for a bit, just to get myself back into the swing of things, but I'm not sure yet... Maybe I'll give myself the rest of this week to catch up to my calories, and we'll see.

Guess that keep us going regularly eh so as not to waste the hard work we've already put in. 
Keep up the hard work, I'm sure if you focus you can get the diet under control. |

Rep Power: 25 | | It was a loooong weekend...man. I didn't do to bad on food, but I'm not gonna lie and say it was good. I had promised myself I was going to start tracking my food and calories and stuff, and yeah. Hasn't happened yet... I seriously only have four months to get a lot of weight off...........Am I sabotauging(sp) myself on purpose??? Lordy. Anyway, so Montana winters usually have a bit of snow. So far this winter has been AMAZING. No snow, fairly warm at about forty degrees, and then this weekened it dumped on us. I have a tiny little Mazda3, and when I went to go to the grocery store today, I almost didn't even make it out of my driveway there was so much of it! There was a point to that story- I was going to go to the gym tonight- didn't quite make it. But I did use my stairstepper and then did some FitTv workouts. Lol- I always feel like an idiot doing a video cuz I just KNOW my neighbors can see thru my curtains or something  Ah, oh well. I did it at least, and huffed and puffed the whole way.
This week in the gym I'm gonna make myself do an extra five minutes of cardio... Gotta work myself up somewhere, might as well start now, right?

I've been pretty much freaked out since I got the phone call cuz he was my mom's brother, and they've both died in their sleep of a heart attack, and I just think- Am I gonna be next?? I need to get my shit in gear, and soon.
A friend and I applied for this thing put on by one of our news stations- its sorta like Biggest Loser where they give ya personal trainers free and all that good stuff, so I'm REALLLY hoping they pick us. I need someone to push me. I can't push myself anymore, and I have no idea why... |

I've actually got my food on track and my workouts on goal, so thats a bonus! I've been online tryingto find good healthy recipes which is SUPER difficult for me cuz I don't know how to cook lol.. I can do it if I try, and thats the ultimate goal for now. ANyways, short entry again today, I'm beat! |

I'm actually pretty proud of myself, because it seems like everytime I start up again, it lasts four or five days and then I give up. But this time, I actually FEEL the way I did when I lost forty lbs. last time. I've got that motivation down, and I've lost 4lbs this week because of it. I have a goal of 35lbs by May 23rd. Yeah, its a big goal for thirteen weeks, but I can do it.
