Today has been the offcial start of my weight loss journey!
I have been going for two weeks prior to this and have gone down from 221.5 to 215.0! Which I have very please about and I think is pretty good for 2 weeks!
Although today I had some coconut cake for a friends birthday it was a one off treat.
I have been drinking plenty of water with no-added-sugar dilute juice added.
As for food I have had oats for breakfast and then a good meal through the day with some fruit or a snack bar(Jordans fruit bar)!
I feel alot better within myself too I find myself having more energy now.
Although I don't do a set exercise I do walk alot which I prefer to exercise cause I can go my local gardern centre or town to go shopping there about 45 min walk away so it's a good walking distance.
Also decorating my new apartment is helping haha.
So far going really well so hope I can keep it up!
