15 lbs in 1 1/2 months is realistic!
Now that the q's are over, I go by Guar because I recently bought Guar Gum and I am taking it daily, though I am not too sure about the results lol. I am 16 and am in my junior year of high school, and I want to break dance and improve my health!
Unfortunately, lifting 160 lbs in an acrobatic fashion is not so easy, so I am attempting to slim down my
fat content and increase muscle tone. I started on sept 6th at 5'8 160 lbs, as of sept 8th I am 157

Getting there...
I will try to record my results daily, and lend support whenever I can to other people trying to lose weight.
