Now that the q's are over, I go by Guar because I recently bought Guar Gum and I am taking it daily, though I am not too sure about the results lol. I am 16 and am in my junior year of high school, and I want to break dance and improve my health!
Unfortunately, lifting 160 lbs in an acrobatic fashion is not so easy, so I am attempting to slim down my fat content and increase muscle tone. I started on sept 6th at 5'8 160 lbs, as of sept 8th I am 157 Getting there...
I will try to record my results daily, and lend support whenever I can to other people trying to lose weight.
Well it's Sept 9th, weighed in and I was 156 4 lbs down, 11 to go. I had 3/4 of a chocolate cake doughnut for breakfast... around 300 calories I'm guessing, there were two more waiting for me in the bag from my father, but I gave them to him
Going outdoors today to train in airswipes, and monkeyflips, it should prove to be interesting watching me flail about cluelessly lol. Wish me luck!
Sept 9th 156 lbs
*Update
The airswipes did not go too well I do not have the muscle to do so with my current weight.
For dinner/lunch I had two pieces of wholewheat toast with strawberry preserves about 180 calories which brings today's total to 480... I may have something else yet today... we'll see. planning on a 30 min weightlifting session later tonight.
