argh!!! i'm kinda pissed, because my husband locked me out of the bedroom!!! i told him i wanted to watch the emmys, b/c i'm a huge grey's anatomy fan and just wanted to see what happened.... and he said that that was fine, but if i did he would have to leave the room (which to me, meant he would go check his message boards and play his online games in the bedroom)... so he did... only, now i went to check on him, and I can't get in! =( so i'm getting drunk on the couch watching the rest of the emmys so i can sleep on the uncomfortable couch... luckily, i don't have to work on mondays - but still!!! i can't believe he locked the dooor.

Sounds like your hubbie didn't like you wanting do your own thing. I have to admit that when I'm being a real pill I've locked the door on my hubbie. He's made it very clear that that's NOT COOL. I hope it's all ironed out and that you got some sleep on that couch!

I got to sleep in our bed =) we worked it out, and yes, we were both being pills! We actually have two televisions now, but only one is hooked up to the cable - if we had the other working, it wouldn't have been a big deal at all.

anywho - i'm skipping posting the rest of sunday and monday. I drank a lot on sunday night - hence a hangover on monday... which led to me not eating a whole lot. I drank quite a few calories in iced tea mix, which was about the only thing that sounded appetizing.

alright - back in action today!

bkfst: raisin bran w/ skim (240)
lunch: healthy choice bbq chicken meal (370)
snack: coca-cola (150)
dinner: mt. dew (170) + carrots (35) + chicken, rice & corn (325)

total cals: 1290
h2o: 32 oz
exercise:

I must say, the healthy choice meals are fairly large and satisfying... its nice to have a dessert with each one, although I don't mind packing a pudding cup either.

wow... i haven't posted for a few days! My schedule got a bit busy this weekend - and eating, while not terrible, certainly wasn't really good.

so let's just focus on today and move on!

bkfst: honey bunches of oats w/ almonds & skim milk (170) + 12 oz h2o
lunch: michelina's lean gourmet - beef pepper steak & rice (270) + applesauce (50) + fat free chocolate pudding (80)
snack: 1/3 monster cookie + coffee (80)
dinner: chicken fried rice ( ) + glass of wine (90)
out at concert: pretzels (160) + 2 vodka/cranberries (400)

total cals:
h2o:
exercise:

oh, and I've figured out that I'm eating too soon in the morning after taking my acid reflux meds... so if I eat later breakfast (9:30 or so) then lunch comes later... and so does snack and dinner... but it may help with the later night cravings?

weight loss is very slow for me. I haven't been posting here as much, but I have been doing fairly good with the whole eating thing. If i just got to the gym a few more times a week I think I'd be good.

As of this morning I'm 150.6 lbs....

bkfst: scrambled eggs (w/ soy milk) and salsa (170) + 10 strawberries (50)
lunch: michelina lean - beef something or other (250) + pudding (80)
snack: cup of tea (0) + hershey kiss (20)
dinner: rice and chicken (350ish) + broccoli (30) + rum and coke (270)
dessert: frozen yogurt (100) + strawberries (25)

total cals: 1445
h2o: 16
exercise: 45 min elliptical/8.3 miles

lol =) thanks - that made me feel better!!!

I don't think i would care what i weighed if I didn't have so much flub. Especially in my belly, buns and thighs. I'm really okay with everything else!!! i look okay w/ clothes on, but I've been down to 135, with weights and great fat burning and what not and have been so much toner... i just want to get back there again.
