Rep Power: 7 | | Well yesterday went much better!
Breakfast: Bowl fruit and fibre with skimmed milk, apple juice
Snack: Special K bar
Lunch: 4 multigrain ryvetas spread with mixture of tuna, cherry tomatoes and philadelphia light (mmmmmmmmmm!), fruit salad
Dinner: Low fat noodles, cherry tomatoes, 2 slices cooked ham
Snacks: Banana, nectarine, 5 pistachio nuts
Despite running around like a blue arsed fly all evening I managed to get a walk in too. Really pleased with myself!
I used to go to swing dance classes last year but I had to stop coz of college work and then I didnt want to go back coz I had put on weight and was self-conscious. But I think I might go back next week. Feck it, no one knows me so why would they care what I look like and its a really fun way to get in some exercise.
Put on trousers this morning that I hadnt worn in a while. They aint tight at all. Unfortunately I cant remember if they were tight to begin with (!!!!) but I think they probably were coz I would probably have lived in them if they werent. Nice to put on something comfy. |

Rep Power: 7 | | | Hey last few days Ive been doing fine. Managing the food and actually getting in some walking. The winteryness we're getting here is helping I think. I really like walking when its crisp outside! So as long as it doesnt start raining im sorted!!
Was really really craving something naughty yesterday but managed to make do with a cereal bar. Not at all like me so Im quite proud! |

Yesterday was ok again. Food was fine and went for 50 minute walk. Was going to have a snack before bed but I got upset about something silly that was going on and couldnt eat it!
Am feeling more cravey these days though. Feel like I deserve something nice coz Ive been good for over 3 weeks! i know it doesnt work like that but try telling my cravings that.
Must soldier on! |

Rep Power: 8 | | HI TTT: We all get cravings on occasions when we try to loose weight. Especially when we are on a strict diet. Are you getting enough veggies?
Looking at your diary I think you could eat some more veggies to get more nutrients. Sometimes cravings can be lack of nutrients and not just the calorie deficit (even that it the most likely suspect). |

Think Im probably getting plenty of fruit and veg. I eat stirfrys and salads alot, just dont spell out what veggies are in them on here! I also take a multivitamin. I reckon the cravings are my body going 'give me the junk!!'
Anyway, must persevere! |

Well yesterday was another grand day food wise. Happy enough.
My only exercise was trawling around the shops and library! Did get some lovely bags tho! Yes, I bought 2 but they were only €9 each. And i really do need one in black and in brown
Getting excited looking around the shops at all the stuff Id love to buy when Im a bit lighter. Sometimes it makes me sad or angry but yesterday it felt kinda motivating (I suppose coz I know Im heading in the right direction). Although, Ive plenty of stuff in the wardrobe that I've "grown" out of. Will be cool to fit into my nice jeans again! |

Rep Power: 7 | | Joined the Birthday challenge! Its a long way a ways. Can hardly imagine being so much slimmer by then. Very exciting! But I think 1.5 pounds a week over 40 weeks is a reasonable enough goal! |

Rep Power: 8 | | It does sound like a reasonable goal. I also look forward fitting into some of the smaller sizes again!!!
I actually also eat some stirfry veggies every 3. day (I just steam it) .I like a Chinese wok mix of veggies very much. |

Rep Power: 7 | | | Well, I havent been here too much lately. But I have been keeping with the programme. Not had a chocolate bar in over 4 weeks! A record to say the least. Also been upping my exercise and walking more. Did a walk every day since Sunday (40 mins at least) so Im quite happy. Wearing trousers today that were too tight when I bought them 5 weeks ago! |
