Rep Power: 25 | | Hmmm...Seems my earlier post did not make it on! SNOOKUMS: You can totally lose awesome amounts of poundage by May when you see your Sis! You go, girl!
So when I weighed myself this afternoon (as in, not first thing in the morning when I am the lightest) after my "date" the scale said 163 POUNDS!!! Omgoodness, does that feel good. So I am believing that 163 will be my weight when I go to WW on Friday - or maybe even lower!!!
Yay for me!

I did a great workout on the mill today for an hour and a half! Nothing like feeling inspired, having 2 good shows on in a row, and the house all to myself
Now I feel very tired and want to have a nap. However, housework waits for no woman...
All my hard work better pay off! My clothes are fitting looser every week. That's progress!
Cheers

Rep Power: 25 | | Thanks, all, for your words of encouragement!
UMBRA: I regret that I did not measure myself prior to starting my weight loss. For me, it is all about how my clothes fit. When I started, I was a size 16/18, which was the biggest I had ever been. Now my pants are 11/12 (and some of those are getting baggy) and my skirts - I LOOOOOVE skirts - are a 9/10. Crrrrazy!
I worked out as soon as I got home from work today. On that blasted treadmill in my basement, where I sweat like there is no tomorrow, I managed TO RUN for 55 minutes!!! OMGosh, that is insane!!! However, as per previous weeks, I know that my exercising like a maniac does not guarantee any large loss. In fact, I seem to be losing more slowly than ever now, I am sure it is because there is just plain less to lose. I looove closing in on that 50 pound mark!
All for now, hope you've all made the most of your week.
Cheers

I worked a short shift then walked home (1/2 hour) then got on the mill for an hour. I only ran about 25 minutes, but it sure felt good!
Here's hoping my weigh in shows a decent loss tomorrow...
Cheers

Just calling by to wish you good luck for the WW scales. It is brilliant that you are only 8 pounds from goal by your own scales earlier in the week. #i am so envious.
It is great that your brothers are both noticing how much you have trimmed down. It all makes the hard work worthwhile.
Take care
Love

Rep Power: 25 | | Okay I am back online after a few days with no 'puter. My old PC is now history, replaced by a newfangled laptop which I am still getting used to. Biggest problem seems to be that occasionally when I am in the middle of typing a word, half of it will suddenly be transported elsewhere in the paragraph. Frustrating, and it seems to be a common problem with others who have purchased this make/model. So we will work on fixing that (and you KNOW I mean the HE part of we...)
I will confess that I did not go to my WW meeting on Friday. I had many excuses, but the main one was that when I got on my own scale Fri morning it showed my weight at 167. I nearly fell off; how could I go from 163/4 up to 167 overnight? I had my workout and then it showed 165, but I still felt very shaken and disappointed. Since I only pay for meetings I attend, I figured I would NOT pay for the scale to reflect some weird gain. AND I HAVE NOT BEEN ON THE SCALE SINCE. However, I have continued to workout daily, and also continue eating normally. Just to be on the safe side, I have started writing down my food again, and will weigh myself after workout today (even though it is a bit later than I would prefer).
So I have been feeling a bit put off, but am determined to continue on my weight loss journey. I am working hard to reach my goal, still expecting to be there by April 15.
I will stop by later to post the results of my home weigh-in post workout.

ABBA | Hey Janice,
That same thing happened to me. My scale went from 281 to 287 and found out it was the pretzels I was eating. They were loaded with Sodium ... could it be too much sodium ..or something as such?
Best wishes hun
your still doing wicked awesome!
always

Rep Power: 38 | | | Hey thanks for visiting my diary. I hate those strangely annoying glitches that some new computers get, but a new laptop will certainly help. How is WW? They're talking about starting a chapter here, but I haven't signed up for it because I didn't want to be tied into their food. |

Rep Power: 25 | | Happy to report that, after working out, the scale registered solidly at 163 lbs. *Phew!!* That is a relief.
Now to carry on with the rest of my exciting day, promising to include such fun and adventure as:
Cleaning up the broken glass from the kitchen floor
Doing yet ANOTHER load of laundry!
Washing the dishes!
Tidying the kitchen!
And, the ever popular VACUUMING the living room.
The fun never ends when you're a mother...
