Wow, Marg, I'm so sorry I missed all of your new milestones, honey. As you know, work and life have kept me incredibly busy.
Congratulations on reaching 134!! This is such a "WOW" moment for me. That is just AMAZING!!! I'm so very proud of you!
You know what, never ever tell yourself you don't deserve to be at a new low. I mean, look at EVERYTHING you're doing and everything you've been through!!! Of course you deserve to have reached this milestone, sweetie!! Never tell yourself otherwise!!
Thank you for the post in my diary, you always have something sensible and reassuring to say when Im being irrational!
If you don't decide to go down to 119lb then im sure you will settle at a weight that is right for you - and like you say the next challenge is maintaining that weight, although I have a feeling you will do just fine =)
Hi Margaret!
I have missed checking up on you. Just been so busy what with summer getting here. I thought for sure that life would slow down a bit but guess I was wrong. LOL
With the kids being home 24/7, VBS for church, work and camping with the family time is just flying by.
Unfortunately it has also gotten so busy that I haven't been trying so very hard at the weight loss and it is starting to really show on the scale. I am up by about 10 pounds.
But I can see that you have stayed right on track!
WOW you are just about to where you wanted to be. I can't begin to tell you how very proud I am. You certainly have more will power than I do. LOL
Sounds like you had a very nice time visiting with Kimberly. Wish that I could have been there too. Maybe you can come this way and then the Omega 3's can finally all be together in person.
Well I gotta go.
My grocery list is calling.
Catch ya later!
Thanks for visiting. Thanks for all your congratulations. It is a real joy to have a weight that does not have chubby implications for me. I am not yet where I want to be - but I can feel myself getting there. I am getting so much pleasure from wearing these smaller jeans.
Rae
We always love hitting those milestones.
Becky
We all have little set-backs. Dont let yours get you down. It is hardly surprising that you got a little off-track with those exams. A levels take over life for everyone. It is a long time - but I can still remember mine. The main thing is that you are back on track now.
Dawn
I know just what you mean about life getting in the way. It has been just the same for me. I have actually just been in your diary - and made one or two comments about your little gain. Dont focus too much on the number. You know that a frighteningly big gain can disappear really quickly as everything gets back on track.
It has really been brilliant seeing Kimberly - so much fun. I am pleased to report that Rod thoroughly enjoyed the time that we spent with Kimberly and her husband too. I have certainly started hinting to Rod that a holiday in the USA next year would make a great change. You never know - with a little wifely persuasion we may yet manage to arrange an Omega-3 get-together - or even and Omega-6 one with husbands involved too!!!

Now that sounds like a whole lot of fun!
Should I drop Rod a line to help prod him along? LOL
Well done on your brilliant new size, Margaret! I am so pleased for you! You are working so hard to achieve your goals, and it is really paying off.
What a treat for you to have a visit with another gal from the WL forum! I so enjoy my time spent on here, and have gained much encouragement from others like you.
Keep up the FANTASTIC work! You are getting so close now...
Thanks for visiting. Well I have to admit to feeling a little sad. I saw Kimberly for a brief spell this afternoon and waved bye-bye as I watched her car head onto the motorway and away from the London area. It has been such fun spending time with her - almost like me having a holiday without ever going away.
The weather is sunny and bright today - so much so that I was tempted into wearing shorts. This means that the new low that I got today is false. Today's weight was 9st9.2 (i.e. 135.2 pounds) - but when you consider that I am wearing skimpier clothes I am probably slightly heavier than yesterday. Having said that - it is a joy to be able to wear anything that you could vaguely describe as skimpy.
Liz
Always a pleasure to see you here. Your own achievement always impresses me. Whilst not quite at goal yet - we both have it in our sights. Interestingly - we have both done it by turning ourselves into what many would have described a couple of years ago as the most unlikely of athletes.
Dawn
Fingers crossed!!! It would be such good fun.
Janice
We are both so close to goal. It will not be long before we are both going to WW for free. It really is great that we can get these tiny clothes on these days. One of my friends here has just lost a lot of weight and she was telling me that her husband keeps thinking that her clothes are those of her 8 year old's because they are so small!
It has been really great seeing Kimberly. I would really encourage others to meet up with WLF chums if the opportunity arises. When you think about it - we have been so close for so many months and so many changes - it is more strange that you have friends that you feel so close to that you havent actually met up with in real life.

The truth is that there are so many amazing people on this forum - that are achieving what many would assume was impossible. My weightloss is far from unique - I can name quite a number that have lost more than me. I honestly believe that there are many many people on this forum who could easily compare favourably against the people interviewed in the various slimming magazines.
I must admit that I am relieved not to be letting our team down. I can certainly cope with the 1000mg calcium challenge better than a no carbonated drinks challenge. It has been so hot today that I wore my shorts. I got thirstier than normal while out walking and was very happy to buy a small bottle of diet coke while out on my travels.
Becky
I am so impressed at your weightloss since you got back on track.
Hello
I know how you feel watching Kimberly driving away.
I had the same sorta thing happen with me when I had to end our visit as well. I wanted to be able to stay longer and visit more but time was up.
I am hoping that maybe at some point we will be able to get together again sometime.
How wonderful for you that you were able to get into your "skimpy" shorts! It always feels good to get into something that we have not for a long time.
Hope you had a good walk today.
