Rep Power: 85 | | Hi Kimberly
Hubby and I did our main heavy drinking in our twenties. I have even been known to win a Twenties (holidays) drinking competition in my youth. Hubby used to down a pint in a single gulp. We cut down and then hubby stopped drinking altogether. My drinking became much more moderate and for quite a few years I have had very little. I dont think that I have had an alcoholic drink since last Christmas (a year ago) - if I had one then - I cannot remember.
My weight loss has some odd aspects in that it is very skewed. I have crap weeks and unbelievably good weeks which all average out to show a nice steady loss but on a week by week basis is too erratic for words. You could look at that annual report that I did and think - "a nice steady 10 pounds or more virtually every month (more at first)". You could interpret that as "maybe two pounds a week" and nothing could be further from the truth. I just hope that I dont gain - but it is quite possible.
Take care
Love

Rep Power: 12 | | Hey Omega,
I just wanted to drop in and say hello Nothing much happening at my end. I'm in bed sick...so much for exercise this week...I have yet to try those cheek exercises though. Do you do them for a specific amount of time?
I hope the new year is treating you well otherwise!
Take care,

I was so pleased, especially since the old ones I was wearing were starting to look like tents! |

Margaret | Hi ya Margaret-Poo
I understand the erratic part!
When I'm on fire and doing everything right, my metab can be very fickle!
Even during the times with good amounts of exercise.
Our bodies can be so strange.
No matter what though, you have lost 120 + lbs. and your goal is not far off!
You are one of the strongest women I have ever met and you will reach your Goal and maintain well..I just know it!

I'm sorry that you have been ill. I hope that you are better soon. As far as my face goes it is fairly much a simple question of always remembering to do the moisturising in the morning before going out and at bedtime. I dont do a specific face amount of time but I do dab cream all over and rub it well in - especially in the bits I want to change shape. Follow the contours of the face. Becky
Dropping TWO clothes sizes is a major event for anyone on this forum. You want to celebrate for all you are worth. What a day! Stacy-poo
Few people's bodies can be as strange as mine!!! I put everything down to my naughty hormones. PCOS ladies basically have totally screwed up hormones (and tons more than normal ladies). According to hubby it certainly makes life with us "interesting" and "inclined to be eventful". I hope that you are having a goal reaching extra special day.
Take care
Love

Weight went up after spicy chicken pasta for previous night’s meal. Not too concerned as it will be food weight and water due to the spiciness. I wouldn’t be surprised if I get water retention this week anyway.
Shopping trip would boost my step count.
General Data:
Morning walk = 6.3 miles
Round the block = 6 times
Extra exercises = none
Weight = 12st 1.2lbs (i.e. 169.2 pounds)
Steps = 30,292
Distance = 11.71 miles
Remembered to take normal vitamin / supplements
Continued my creaming regime – missed one bio-oil massage.
My Food / Drink:
1 banana
3 weetabix, sweetener, 350 ml skimmed milk
1 large handful honey Shreddies
little bit of leftover food from prev night's meal – which was (chicken breast, pasta, ½ onion, ½ courgette, ½ green pepper, ½ red pepper, pasta sauce, fry light)
posk loin steak, tin of baked beans
2 large handfuls of raisins
grapefruit juice
2 litres of cold water
some diet cola

Rep Power: 12 | | Doing good, doing good, esp. with 6.3 miles! I find it hard enough to go 4 miles on the elliptical at the gym! |

I havent ever been on an elliptical so I cannot comment on how gruelling it is. It sounds tiring! |

Rep Power: 16 | | Man, you walk soooooooooooo far! I'm uber impressed! And you've lost so much weight, too! It's totally amazing.
Keep it up Omega!
I think I'm going to start a moisturizing regime, too. My skin has been so dry lately, and a 22 year old should not have "hard think" wrinkles in the forehead! |

Rep Power: 85 | | Hi Kellye
Thanks for visiting and encouraging me. I do walk quite a lot but I dont do any of that gym work that you call your own. You really do want to get creaming - it really only takes a little while and is a good habit to get into. I really honestly think that a lot of the cheap creams are almost as effective as the really expensive ones because the main benefit is in the massage aspect.
Take care
Love

Rep Power: 16 | | Yeah, the massage sounds almost like a yummy relaxing reward for the grooming effort, too.
I want to start walking outside around here (and hopefully start a running practice outdoors as well as at the gym), but it's been SO cold lately, I'm a thin-blooded Southerner and I can't handle it! |
