Rep Power: 43 | | Thanks Margaret for the lotion breakdown, I really appreciate all that you posted as I know how busy we all are lately.
My grandmother has used creams as long as I can remember, she uses a brand called Javra, and I remember she used to use Noxema too, her face is gorgeous, she has beautiful skin and so does my mother, hardly any wrinkles at age 72, she doesn't look a day over 60.
I did watch an episode of "how to look good naked" and it was very good!! The girl was dark haired young and to me very attractive, he just uplifted her in no time, she was pictured nude on a building outside and stopped to ask passerby what they thought, I believe everyone said Great!!Because she did look great! And the clothes he chose for her were outstanding. Your right he is one guy that women just love~
Well I hope your shopping was eventful, as I HATE shopping. LOL LOL my girlfriends laugh at me, because the last place I ever want to go is the Mall or grocery store, UGGGG it's just not any fun for this girl. Hope the rest of your weekend is a good one!
HUGS

There is much to be said for making time in your life for massage. You know that you deserve it!
I suppose that two things assist me in walking outside through winter. The first being that the weather here is clearly not as severe as some people in the USA appear to be contending with (although it is pretty cold here at times and it was a bit frosty and slippy underfoot today). The second is that I was brought up in the north east of England which is a few degrees colder normally than the south east of England where I live now.
The nice thing about walking outside is that you get to see some scenery and get vitamin benefits from being out in any sunshine. We benefit from being out in daylight and fresh air. I am sure that you will enjoy it when the weather lures you outside. Sarah
I am sure that creaming will be of benefit to you.
If you dont have stretch marks now you may get them with weight loss, alternatively - your baby plans may make you risk them very soon. That "how to look good naked" man recommended "Palmer's cocoa butter formula massage cream for stretch marks" which is under £5. I have been getting bio-oil for about £20 for a bottle that lasts about a month.
Take care
Love

I am pleased that you like "how to look good naked". It is one of my favourite programs - if only all men could make women feel that good the world would be a better place.
The cream will be a good idea for you - but genetics counts for a lot. You should age very well with a grandmother and mother that have defied time successfully. No-one likes to think about getting older - but it will be nice if we dont look like it has happened.
I cannot say that I enjoy shopping - but sometimes we just have to do these things.
Take care
Love

Glad you had a good weekend.
I had your favorite--salmon--for dinner tonight. I hope it makes the scale go down for me the way it does for you. |

I imagine that man on "how to look good naked" will be very successful with the men in the gay community - because anyone that can make other people feel that good about themselves deserves to be appreciated.
I do hope that salmon works for you. Since you weigh every day it is easy to do an analysis of what you eat and the next day's weight variation. I also store most of the other obvious variables - exercise done, period info, toilet habits. I like to try and understand as much about my weight fluctuations as possible. Janice
You say the sweetest of things!
Take care

You know what it is like when your body says it is that time of the month to retain water. The weight goes up!
I just had a really good keep fit class. It is a new term so there are whole new aerobics routines and it was tons of fun.
It looks like a few people on my team have caved in to temptation and eaten junk at times. I would be very surprised if I caved in to temptation because I do so extremely rarely - I normally never allow myself junk. Kimberly has confirmed that all my naughty things are fine (like raisins). My exercise is complete - but I expect that most people will get their 5 hours done which is the max that counts for points.
I think that weight will be what I drop points on and my weight is going up again today. I keep thinking I have to put on 2 pounds and someone that has eaten junk once lose 2 pounds for them to do better. If I get knocked out that is the way it goes. I keep telling my body to stop retaining water - but it doesnt seem to be listening.
Take care
Love

Rep Power: 7 | | | You are such an inspiration...and a workout fool! What is your secret for never allowing yourself to give in and have something "bad"?

Rep Power: 43 | | | Yeah, I'm sure that weight will drop as quickly as it went up, as you have mentioned many times before that you go up a few days and then down, but look how much you have lost in the past year, now that to me is just mind blowing, you have done so well, as I know you will continue to do so.
Good luck this week!!
Hugs
Kim
PS. when will you be posting NEW updated pics?? I think since your last ones you have already lost a substantial amount again |

I suppose the secret is in years of feeling that something was impossible and then coming to the conclusion that it was not impossible - just very very difficult. The possible but difficult - I can do, the absolutely impossible is another matter.
Whenever I do have something bad I forgive myself immediately and that kind of stops the rot from setting in. When I am bad I am often very bad. That is one reason that I try to avoid certain things - I am not good at setting limits for myself. Kim
The weight thing is more annoying than anything as I know that it is just a "time of month" thing. I know that it is not fat accumulation.
I will allow a photo to be taken soon - we havent taken any since the last one that I posted. I promise to send you a pm or mention it in your diary as soon as a photo goes up. Phoebe
Fancy a weight loss forum making losing weight a component of a challenge! What will they think of next?
If we count exercise starting Friday I am up to 13 hours if I round everything downwards. I cannot even be bothered to think of rounding anything up.
My long walk each day is always over 2 hours long. My short walks each day are always over an hour.
I did an exercise class which was supposed to be an hour and a quarter and over-ran.
3(f) +3(s) +3(s) +3(m) +1(m) = 13
