Hey everyone, my name's Katie. I'm 17 years old and have pretty much been
dieting unsuccessfully since I can remember. I'm here to stop
dieting, and focus on losing weight in a healthy way.
I'm five feet, four inches, and I weigh 160
pounds at the moment, which is 20
pounds overweight. I'm looking to lose 8
pounds by November, 16 by December, 24 by January, and 32 by February. That would put me at 128 for my 18th Birthday. My ultimate
goal is 125
pounds and to maintain that weight for the rest of my long, healthy, life.
I'm a
vegetarian, and will be trying to make most of my meals at home from scratch.
I also do have a
gym pass, but am kind of lost with how I should be lifting
weights? My main priority is to lose as much
fat as I can so that I can start building muscle, particularily in the backside, but I understand that weight bearing
exercises can actually help you lose
fat? Any advice would be appreciated.
So yeah, if anyone has any suggestions for me or
vegetarian recipes I should try, (I do eat milk and egg whites, they are very tasty), that would be pretty fancy.
